Mange medication
By Zoe on 06/09/2016
Worked wonderfully. My boy wasn't looking good; you could see he wasn't feeling well. He had an increasingly poor rash, odor and hair loss. After three washes he was back to normal. I couldn't be happier, the product world great and so fast.

Bad Mange! Worked
By Graham on 03/01/2024
We adopted this poor girl and she came complete with demodex, ear infection, wet foot - all were probably interrelated. We treated for 1.5 weeks with this magic elixir - then a bit more on here bottom quarters for a couple days... BOOM! We're a happy family! No more musky smells, constant chewing, scratching and sucking sounds.. Life is good - thanks to Happy Jack!

Per the Happy Jack Sarcoptic Mange Medicine label, IF INHALED - Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth to mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Have the product container or label with you when calling the poison control center or doctor or going for treatment
My baby has been dealing with mange, I did some research and bought this solution at a feed supply store. My concern is if my baby licks himself after being coated with the solution. I was thinking about using a cone to get him not to lick himself. He also has it around his eyes, mouth for the most part and I don’t know how I’ll apply it on him without being afraid of getting it in his eyes or mouth. It’s my first time ever treating him for this and I’m scared to coat him wrong, get the solution on myself too since it said it’s dangerous. I just want to help my little one feel better :(
Happy Jack Sarcoptic Mange Medicine is pet safe if used as directed on the product label, and does not require the use of a cone after treating your dog.
Although it is likely not harmful for your dog to lick the treated area once the application has completely dried, we suggest reaching out either to your veterinarian, or to the manufacturer directly for clarification and product support by calling 1-800-326-5225, or by visiting their website's contact page.

And reapply to just the infected areas?
According to the manufacturer, when using Happy Jack Sarcoptic Mange Medicine you will want to apply the product every day for 5-7 days without washing it off and should bath before applying. After the applications for those consecutive days are complete, you should shampoo your dog really well

I got two 6 lb. Pomeranians, won't stop itching. They get treated once a month for fleas. My friend has dogs look terrible. I gave them the Happy Jack, kennel dip , did not stop itching. So I used mange today. Will it stain in my house?
Happy Jack Mange Medicine is used directly on the areas that are affected by mange. It should be used every 7 days without bathing the animal. Whether you need to bathe your pet before use will depend on the specific skin condition and the recommendations of your vet.
The product label and SDS does not specifically list information on if this product would possibly stain certain fabrics.
We would suggest contacting the manufacturer directly for more information at (252)747-2911.

We would recommend contacting the manufacturer of Happy Jack Sarcoptic Mange Medicine or your vet to discuss normal reactions or expected reactions during treatment with the product. Mange mites in general can cause hair loss on the animal, so it could also be a symptom of the insect itself.
