Hi-Yield 38 Plus Insect Control 38% Permethrin cannot be used indoors in a barn or chicken coop; it can be used outdoors around barns. You could use Onslaught Insecticide around and inside barns and chicken coops to treat where flies rest and to treat the ground for fleas. We also recommend adding NyGuard IGR insect growth regulator for flea control. You can apply these products while the animals are not present, and they can return once the application is dry. Keep in mind that for the best fly control, you will likely need to use a combination of insecticides, bait, traps, and on-animal treatments for biting flies. We also recommend that you inspect for rodent issues in the case of fleas since rats and mice can bring parasites into a barn.
Hi-Yield 38-Plus is labeled for outdoor use only. We would recommend using the Indoor Ant Kit. It comes with a sugar and a protein for ants to consume and take back to the colony. This can be used in places around your kitchen and/or rooms where you have seen activity. This kit also includes Temprid Ready To Spray, a non-repellent spray for use indoors.

You would mix 0.5 to 2.0 fluid ounces of product per gallon of water, and the label states, "for fireblight apply in the dormant period, during season bloom, or as in-season cover spray. Do not exceed one application during the fall, late dormant period. Do not exceed one application between silver tip and green tip growth stages....Do not exceed 1 gallon of product per 100 gallons of water.
