You can see the document on the product page or click on the Ketch All Instructions here. It is typically not recommended to wash the traps like you referenced as you are removing other rodent scents, pheromones, pee, etc that they may leave behind that would let other rodents know they have come there already. It is much harder to get rodents to enter traps that are sterile and new without any comfort smells to indicate safety when entering it. A bottle brush to clean out any loose debris and scrape things off the surface is the main tool suggested in the instruction guide.
