Partially Effective

I found this product has very specific health warnings about skin contact, so had to be very cautious about application. After application, I found the product to be partially effective. It killed some of the moss but not all of it. I found it necessary to re-apply to get effective control.

Moss Out Works But...

This was my first attempt at killing moss in my yard with chemicals so I don't have any other experience to compare it to. On my first attempt I used an Ortho Dial-N-Spray and thought I was wetting the moss sufficiently. I wasn't because it only partially died. Next I used a pump up sprayer and mixed at a slightly higher concentration than the directions called for and really soaked the moss to the point of runoff. That worked much better but still didn't kill quite all of the really thick healthy moss. I recommend using Moss Out but realize it takes a lot of product and you may have to apply it more than once in some areas.
