We had an invasion of thief ants along a baseboard on a wall adjacent to the kitchen and outside. These came up through the cracks between the baseboard and wall. Using the applicator provided, we were able to inject Maxforce FC Ant Bate Gel down into the cracks in such a way that our two dogs could not contact the gel. Within 24 hours the ants had completely disappeared and have not reappeared 4 weeks later.

We have small ants infestation in the kitchen. I put baits (water bottle caps) on the counter near their popular route. First day there were many ants in the caps, the caps looked black. The second day there were no ants near this place. They re-appeared a couple days later in smaller numbers. I have re-applied the gel and now there are no ants for a couple of weeks. There are still ants coming from outside, so I keep filling the baits near the entrance.

As soon as I put it where the ants would find it they started to feed. They were completely ignoring the bait from the local store. They'll be dead soon! (I've used fipronil based products before, and it's highly effective). I also bought to protein based fipronil bates. They went for both in the same spot pretty equally.

Did the job. Killed the ants. They flocked to it and took it to the Queen, I assume. This is what my bug guy uses but it's just so much easier for me to grab this and do it myself. Great product. Legit.

I've been using this product for several years. It's amazing...you put the bait out in a location where there's lots of ant traffic and they'll get attracted to it. It "looks" bad at first because it attracts a large group of ants, sometimes. Be patient....those ants take the poison back to the colony. Wipes them out. Works fast...sometimes within a day or two! Get the granular product, too. Just in case the ants "want" that more.

Started putting this out immediately and have noticed that there are not nearly the amount of ants crawling. I will have to give it a while yet before making a final determination but it's looking positive. The ants have taken up residence in my fiberglass 12' garage door and are/were happily chewing it up as it had to be vacuumed frequently. Now not much to fuss about now.. I just hope their MOMMA got good and hungry and ate her share of the gel also

I placed gel where instructed and the carpenter ants avoided the gel ? Not impressed with results ! Nothing against the manufactioner. I will try again in the spring !

It's the best ant control ever. I injected a few small lines into cracks and joints of the baseboard close to where the most ants were. It wasn't long and the narrow line of gel was black with ants sucking it down. A day or solater most were gone and a few dead left around. After that I injected some in joints around my exterior doors and have not seen a one in weeks! THANKS

We tried the ant bait stations and they did nothing to stop the ant invasion of our kitchen. We purchased the Maxforce FC Ant Bait Gel and the results were quick and amazing. The ants were gone within a day and have not returned. We have lots of it left, so we are ready if they invade again anywhere around the house.

I used this along with the bait stations (put some gel on top of the station) and it worked great! I have been dealing with crazy, ghost and pharaoh ants for years and the pest control company was not effective in ridding me of the ants. I used these baits for less than a week and almost all ants are gone! I saw a huge reduction in ants within the first 3 days. I still have product left and will continue to use until I don't see any ants at all. I am very thankful for this product.

Great bait for Sugar or Pharoah ants. Works fast. The orders I have purchased have always arrived early, surprisingly early. Postman was surprised each time I told them when I had purchased them

I purchased a box of Maxforce ant bait gel. The DoMyOwn website is very well designed -- chalked full of useful information, and placing the order was a snap. After receiving the product, I had some questions about shelf-life, which were quickly fielded by Kat, who also was able to put me in touch with someone from Bayer who had even more technical detail about the best way to use and store the gel. Overall, great service!
