Miracle-Gro Tree and Shrub Fertilizer Spikes contain a balanced formula of nutrients to help promote more beautiful, vibrant and greener leaves. It is formulated with essential nutrients that go directly to the roots to help build stronger and healthier foliage on both deciduous and flowering trees and shrubs. It is recommended to be applied once every season. Apply in early Spring and during mid-Fall when the ground is moist and soft. Each 3 lb. bag contains 12 easy-to-use spikes.

Place spike into ground around shrub and tree following the dripline. Spikes should be at least 3 ft. apart. For smaller trees and shrubs with drip line closer than 2 ft., insert spikes 2 ft. away from center.
