Since Permethrin SFR is labeled for use indoors as a crack and crevice spray, you could potentially use it as part of a carpet beetle treatment program. We recommend adding an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) when treating for carpet beetles, such as NyGuard IGR. You could also use a ready-to-use product like NyGuard Plus which has both an insecticide and an IGR in one product. A better choice for use in the drop ceiling may be an insecticide dust, though, since it is a dry product that would not damage the tiles, and a dust lasts much longer than a spray in void spaces like a drop ceiling. Delta Dust can be used in a drop ceiling for carpet beetles and other crawling insect pests there. Or you may consider our Carpet Beetle Control Kit which includes the NyGuard Plus, CimeXa Dust, and glue traps.
Be sure that you have located and removed the source of the infestation as well. We have more tips in our Carpet Beetle Treatment Guide here.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% would be a very effective insecticide to control ticks. It is labeled for ticks (including Deer Tick and Western Black legged Tick). Permethrin would be mixed at 0.4 to 0.8 Fluid Ounces per gallon of water to treat 1000 square feet of lawn and applied as a broadcast application.
It would also be a good idea to incorporate an insect growth regulator (IGR) such as Archer IGR for complete control of ticks. All of these products are pet safe if used as directed. Pets need to be kept out of the area being treated during application and until everything is completely dry.
Please look over our Tick Control Guide for more information on treating and preventing this pest.

Permethrin SFR 36.8% is not labeled for chiggers. Onslaught insecticide is labeled for chiggers and can be used both indoors and outdoors as a broadcast spray. Treatments for chiggers should begin in May and could need to continue through the summer as new chiggers move into the area. Treating the entire lawn is of little benefit because chiggers avoid direct sunlight and normally will not infest areas that are mowed or otherwise well maintained. Focus treatment on the unkempt areas of the lawn and lawn edge. You can also use Onslaught to do a barrier treatment around the outside of your home and in your crawl space to stop pests from moving indoors.
With Permethrin SFR 36.8% for sod webworms you will mix 0.4 – 0.8 fl. oz. of Permethrin SFR in 4 to 25 gallons of water per 1000 square feet. Use the higher rate for fast knockdown and increased residual control. Dense or excessive (greater than 3 inches) lawn height and arid conditions may require higher volume application rates. Repeat application if necessary. Application in combination with compatible surfactants or wetting agents may enhance penetration.
You want to make sure you are using enough water to get it down to where they are better so 1 gallon is usually not enough.

Permethrin SFR 36.8% is not labeled for chiggers. Onslaught is labeled for chiggers and can be used both indoors and outdoors as a broadcast spray. Chiggers are not known to infest structures. Chiggers are most likely outdoors in your yard. Many people are lead to believe that the infestation is indoors because they do not feel the effects of the chigger bites right away and then are lead to believe they are being bitten at a later time. If you feel strongly that you are being bitten inside by something we would urge you to get a sample of the pest and have it professionally identified by an entomologist. You can find an entomologist in your area by contacting your local cooperative extension office.

No, Permethrin SFR 36.8% is not labeled for roundworms. There is no treatment for roundworms inside as the infested pets would need to be treated and these worms do not infest homes.
Unfortunately there is not a product on the market that is labeled or recommended for roundworms in a yard. We recommend that all animals be moved out of the contaminated area for at least 1 year (during warm spring/summer months, longer during cool winter/fall months) and all feces be removed. Keeping the animals out of the contaminated area for at least 1 year should help control the infestation pattern. It is also important to remove feces from the new latrine area to avoid another infestation. Another option is to remove the contaminated soil and replace if you cannot keep out for 1 year
