No, Permethrin SFR 36.8% cannot be used on any type of edibles. You may try using a product such as Fertilome Triple Action instead. Please be sure to review the product label for more information and complete application instructions before use.
When using Permethrin SFR 36.8% for fleas and ticks in the lawn, be sure to add Archer IGR to impede the insects reproductive cycle. The products should be applied once every two weeks. We recommend mowing the lawn one to two days prior to the initial application. A minimum of two applications and up to four depending on the level of fleas
No, Permethrin SFR 36.8% is not safe to use on cats. In general, cats can be very sensitive to products containing the active ingredient permethrin, so you should refrain from using permethrin products around cats unless the product is expressly labeled for that application. We would recommend using the combination of Permethrin SFR 36.8% and Pivot 10 IGR for active flea infestations both indoors and outdoors. These 2 products can be tank mixed in the same tank sparyer and applied in 1 application.
Demon WP would not be tank mixed with Permethrin SFR. Demon WP and Pivot 10 IGR can also be tank mixed together however indoors, applications should be along the cracks and crevices around the interior. Demon WP cannot be broadcasted over carpet areas. It also will leave a white powdery residue behind once the liquid application has dried.

Permethrin SFR can be used in a mist blower when used as directed on the product label, but it is not labeled for mosquito control.
We recommend folks use a product such as Talstar P for a long lasting residual for mosquito control. Talstar cannot be used in a fogger but it can be used in mistblower, hand pump sprayer or a hose end sprayer for mosquito control.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% can kill roaches but it is not a top choice for active roaches indoors. If treating for an active roach infestation, we would recommend using one of our Roach Control Kits that contain the most effective combination of products and enough product for repeat applications that are required every 14 days.

Per the product label, the addition of a surfactant with Permethrin SFR 36.8% will certainly help with penetration during the application and help it stick better to trunks, branches, limbs, foliage, etc.
A non ionic surfactant (wetting agent) such as Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker would be recommended at the rate of 2 - 4 tsp. per gallon of water.

Permethrin SFR 36.8% has a shelf life of 3-5 years if kept out of direct sunlight and out of extreme temperatures. It should be stored in a cool, dry area. Once diluted, the solution needs to be used or discarded within 24 hours.
Permethrin SFR is not labeled for use on any edibles therefore would not be recommended. Any edibles should be discarded and not planted in that area for 1 year.

Yes, Permethrin SFR 36.8 can be used a direct spray as a spot treatment to infested areas such as crawlspaces, rugs, carpets, pet bed and other pet resting areas. Prior to treatment, carpets and furniture should be vacuumed thoroughly and vacuum cleaner bag discarded in an outdoor trash container. Do not saturate or over wet the areas.
With Permethrin SFR 36.8% for sod webworms, you will mix 0.4 – 0.8 fl. oz. of Permethrin SFR in 4 to 25 gallons of water per 1000 square feet. Use the higher rate for fast knockdown and increased residual control. Dense or excessive (greater than 3 inches) lawn height and arid conditions may require higher volume application rates. Repeat application if necessary. Application in combination with compatible surfactants or wetting agents may enhance penetration. You want to make sure you are using enough water to get it down to where they are better so 1 gallon is usually not enough.
According to the Permethrin SFR 36.8% product label, you may spray 4 fl oz to 10 gallons of water. For severe infestation, it is permissible to use 4 fl oz to 4 gallons.
When treating poultry directly: Use 1-4 fl oz in 3 3/4 gallons water, which should treat roughly 375 birds. Use 1 gallon of coarse spray per 100 birds.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% can be used to treat for horse flies, deer flies, house flies, and many other nuisance flies in and around livestock premises as well as directly on lactating and nonlactating dairy cattle and goats, beef cattle and sheep for specific species of flies (horn flies, face flies, stable flies, etc).
