Permethrin SFR can be used in a mist blower when used as directed on the product label, but it is not labeled for mosquito control.
We recommend folks use a product such as Talstar P for a long lasting residual for mosquito control. Talstar cannot be used in a fogger but it can be used in mistblower, hand pump sprayer or a hose end sprayer for mosquito control.
We would recommend using the combination of Permethrin SFR 36.8% and Pivot 10 IGR for active flea infestations both indoors and outdoors. These 2 products can be tank mixed in the same tank sparyer and applied in 1 application.
Demon WP would not be tank mixed with Permethrin SFR. Demon WP and Pivot 10 IGR can also be tank mixed together however indoors, applications should be along the cracks and crevices around the interior. Demon WP cannot be broadcasted over carpet areas. It also will leave a white powdery residue behind once the liquid application has dried.

No, Permethrin SFR 36.8% is not safe to use on cats. In general, cats can be very sensitive to products containing the active ingredient permethrin, so you should refrain from using permethrin products around cats unless the product is expressly labeled for that application. When using Permethrin SFR 36.8% for fleas and ticks in the lawn, be sure to add Archer IGR to impede the insects reproductive cycle. The products should be applied once every two weeks. We recommend mowing the lawn one to two days prior to the initial application. A minimum of two applications and up to four depending on the level of fleas
No, Permethrin SFR 36.8% cannot be used on any type of edibles. You may try using a product such as Fertilome Triple Action instead. Please be sure to review the product label for more information and complete application instructions before use.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% should only be used around the perimeter of hard floor rooms, such as along baseboards and in cracks and crevices where you should avoid mopping as it will remove the product. Inside applications are bare minimum application areas and are just a light spray/application to the area, should not be dripping.
When applying Permethrin SFR 36.8% as a flea/tick dip to dogs you are using a lower rate of the product making it safer for contact. It is still advised to try to prevent them licking themselves until dry if possible just to prevent ingest while wet.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% dries clear but contains petroleum distillates so may leave an oil sheen behind on some hard surfaces. It is not recommended to broadcast across hard surfaces, best to only treat cracks and crevices around the room and along baseboards, corners etc as directed on the label. It will not stain paint/walls.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% is a broad spectrum insecticide for surface pests like ants, spiders, flies etc. It will not treat subsurface pests like grubs or repel animals like raccoons. It is likely too late to put down any grub control products in northern areas: you want to wait until next year before egg hatch.

While we do sell animal repellents, most of these will not be labeled for control of raccoons. This is because raccoons are scavengers, so smells may attract them more thinking there is a food source nearby. In general, repellents are also behavior modifiers, so their efficacy can vary.
Permethrin SFR is labeled for Pantry Pests such as Indian Meal Moths as long as you are following the instructions on the product label.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% is labeled for horses to treat horn flies, face flies, stable flies, house flies, horse flies, black flies, eye gnats, mange mites, scabies mites, ticks, lice and fleas.
Per page 57 of the product label, mix ¼ fl oz per 16 oz of water for a low pressure spray or ¼ fl oz in 1 ¼ gallons of water for a dip/wash treatment. Permethrin SFR 36.8% is applied at 0.4 to 0.8 fl oz in 4 to 25 gallons of water per 1000 sq ft for sod webworms. Ensuring you use enough water volume to get the applicaiton into the soil is crucial in getting results as these turf insects are under the soil surface. Use the higher rate for fast knockdown and increased residual control. Dense or excessive (greater than 3 inches) lawn height and arid conditions may require higher volume application rates. Repeat application if necessary. Application in combination with compatible surfactants or wetting agents may enhance penetration.

Permethrin SFR 36.8% is not labeled for mosquito treatments anywhere other than on livestock or in livestock quarters, so you are incorrectly and illegally applying the Permethrin if you are using it for mosquito treatments. It also should not be mixed with Cyzmic CS nor would there be a reason to. Cyzmic CS on its own at 0.4 to 0.8 oz per gallon of water is more than sufficient to use for residual control of mosquitoes. The Tekko Pro at 1 oz per gallon is correct, your surfactant is a little heavy (normally only used at 1-2 tsp per gallon) but can work fine at that rate as long as you aren't experiencing plant burn. If you wanted to increase your control and get a contact kill/knock down you can mix in Pyrethrin, found in the product name ExciteR, which I feel is maybe what you thought you were doing with Permethrin but misunderstood what chemical should be used.
Spraying the lawn is not a necessity for mosquito treatments and dense foliage like where you sprayed is great, but if you want to spray the whole yard for extra protection you certainly can. Also keep in mind a lot of the times you will see no see ums and fungus gnats flying around and emerging from the lawn as well, and can look similar to mosquitoes. You can definitely use the Altosid in the drainage ditch to help any breeding in those areas from emerging to help slow down that population.
Overall, outside of the incorrect use of Permethrin the only thing you need at this point is patience. Its just not realistic to expect more results than what you have so far that early after treating. Mosquito populations, especially when they aren't all coming from just your property, can take time to eliminate. As long as you continue to use the chemicals in the areas you have been and do this consistently each month or so during the main pest season, you will start to see the overall numbers drop over time and the yard become a lot more tolerable to spend time in. Until the larger chunks of the population are under control, you can use small fans to keep the air moving on the porch areas to help reduce bites or their activity near you, or things like thermacell repellents for patios.

Permethrin SFR 36.8% should not be applied to the vinyl plank flooring. This product is only labeled for broadcast applications to carpets, rugs, undersides of furniture, pet resting areas(bedding). For vinyl, hardwood, concrete, etc applications, apply only to cracks and crevices indoors. Permethrin SFR 36.8% is a great product choice for the treatment indoors and/or outdoors for fleas and ticks when tank mixed with an IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) that will help stop the reproduction and growth cycle. These products are not for use on cats. Keep pets and kids out of the area while treating and until the applicaiton has completely dried.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% is mixed at 1 2/3 fl oz (0.5%) to 3 1/3 fl oz (1%) per gallon of water along with 1 fl oz Martins I.G. Regulator per gallon of water. One gallon of mixed solution is applied as a broadcast application to carpets, rugs, undersides of furniture, and areas where pets rest. Do not saturate surfaces, apply till slightly damp.

Bed Bugs require a combination of products along with diligent repeat applications to eradicate. There is not one product that will fully treat and eradicate bed bugs. Unfortunately, this is outside of our scope of knowledge. For pinworms, you will need treatment from a physician. Environmental treatments usually involve steam cleaning and washing and drying clothes on high heat. And for the insects in your sink, you may want to contact a professional pest control company so they can see what is going on for you. This is not a natural place for them to be and nothing is labeled to treat either area. We apologize we could not be more helpful.
You can mix Permethrin SFR with ExciteR, or Conquer with ExciteR, but you would not mix all 3 together as this would not be beneficial. Neither of those insecticides are top choices for roaches.

The combination of an IGR with roach bait is a highly effective roach control strategy that is widely used by pest control professionals. The insecticide must be applied with a 1 gallon pump sprayer.

There is no valid reason to use both Ultracide and Permethrin in the same areas. Only one is needed when treating inside and the Ultracide already contains an IGR and residual killer as well so another is not needed on top. Applying more product can make an area repellent and insects will avoid it so neither do the job of killing.
