Q4 worked great for the broadleaf weeds and blanket crabgrass in my bermuda lawn. Didn't damage the bermuda much, even though I sprayed when the temps were hot. It didn't work well on the large-leaf crabgrass, but it completly killed the low-growing blanket crabgrass.

I happened to have a fairly large patch of Japanese Knotweed that I could not eradicate by Bobcat, hand digging, pulling, Roundup Extended Control, Lime, Ortho Brush Killer or a desperate attempt using the Internet remedy of Vinegar/Soap/Salt mixture. My dentist (yes my dentist) raved about Q4 so I thought why not? We looked online and saw Knotweed was on the list of weeds that Q4 kills so I ordered from here. I applied after pulling these weeds again and noticed no growth 4 days after the last "battle" This weed can have growth of about 4 inches after 4 days. The weekend came and I noticed no new growth. Next weekend came and I notice a few stems with minimal leaves probably because they were missed the 1st time (used 1 gallon hand sprayer). So I pulled the stragglers and sprayed the entire area again including in the grassy areas where it crept. No browning of the grass. This is the best product I used so far and time will tell if it kills it for good but I think I can keep this horrible weed at bay with Q4. I can't give a 5 star until I know it is gone but I am very pleased with the product so far.

This product is very effective. Crab grass gets brown in two days. This has made crab grass dark brown in weeks time and appears crab is dead from top. This is too early for me to say that this chemical has gone to roots of crab to kill for ever.

Prior to purchasing this product, I had a lawn service come and spray every few weeks. However, they were behind and weeds were terrible. I was recommended this product from a friend and worked wonders. All the large broad leaf weeds were gone within a week. I fired my lawn company and will be doing it myself from now on. I still have some crabgrass so I guess I will be doing some spot spraying.

I use this mainly for Crabgrass control in lawns I maintain. The previous chemical I used which was cheap and effective is no longer available. Q4 is pretty expensive and results have been hit or miss for me. Works well on broadleaf weeds since it has 2-4-D and Dicamba. But Crabgrass control isn't as good especially if it gets too thick. You're not supposed to mow before or after and no water for 24 hours. This is not possible for me since I'm there to mow and the irrigation is not always in my control.

This product worked very well on spurge and many other broadleaf weeds. It was somewhat effective on yellow nutsedge, similar to manage, etc. It definately affected crabgrass but I wouldnt say it elimnated it...

Trying to control Kikuyu grass in tall fescue. Tank mixing with Turflon Ester. This mix works well for controlling other weeds as well.

I had very good results with this product. I have tried other products such as: Bayer, Ortho etc. and using their recommended mixture amount with very little or no results. I have a 30 gallon pull behind sprayer and used it on about a 3 acre lawn in late August and it killed many of the grassy weeds and used a 2nd spot application to finish of the clover and yarrow. It was a little difficult to figure out how many oz of product to put in 30 gallons of water. But, I would highly recommend this product and will use it again next year if needed.

More than 100 clumps of onion grass in my lawn here in New England. Mixed product per instructions and also added a bit of spreader sticker to help product adhere to the waxy plant . After about 10 days severe yellowing and dying of the onion plant continued. So far so good we'll have to wait Until next spring to see how much of it reappears . I used a small 2 gallon tank sprayer and sprayed each clump individually .

Worked really well on clovers and dandelions. Only a partial kill on wild violet.

I used Q4 about a month ago and I’ve seen improvement. A few weeds slipped through but I will hit them with a second application in a few weeks and see if that works. So far I’m happy with the product.

Stuff works well. Don't mix it on the weak side or it will make it look ineffective. Does a good job in cool season KBG at not hurting the lawn but wiping out crabgrass, dandelions etc. Will be less effective on larger, mature weeds that are already hard to control. I spray 2 acres of KBG and this last time doubled up with Q4 and Drive XLR8 and smoked 90% of the mature crabgrass in he lawn with 1 app. Just be patient with both and you will see results.

If you knew me, you would know I expect things to work immediately. Now this product does work but not immediately. So be patient and it will work and it won't kill off too much of your grass. It does some but not as much as I expected. I would recommend.

I had large patches of Virginia button weed and some crab grass, mixed with some carpet weed. I was really happy with the treatment on the Virginia Buttonweed which was my primary problem. It was somewhat effective on the crabgrass and carpetweed.

Bought this to control crabgrass in my tall fescue lawn. Unfortunately, I didn't put down a pre-emergent this year, so I've had crabgrass popping up all over the place. Followed the directions for spot treatment and seems to be working well. The larger clumps of crabgrass have taken a few treatments, but are starting to finally die off.

Q4 plus Speedzone and my fescue lawn is amazing. No more creeping weeds that are seemingly unstoppable, this Q4 kills them gently and completely. No immediate browning, they just disappear. I was concerned because in Southern California I had to apply when the temps exceeded the recommended max, but it still worked as stated. This is a great supplementary product for general lawn weed maintenance and I will include this in my lawn care regimen from this point forward.

There are much less pricey options for broadleaf weeds but when I have Nut Sedge or emerged Crabgrass in the mix I use this.

This is a good product to kill leafy weeds. Good price with fast shipping through domyownpestcontrol.com. I have heard there are similar products that do the same thing at a cheaper price, but have not used those products as of yet.

Glad to find a product that works on weeds some commonly available selective herbicides do not kill. Red Sorrel, for example. Yes, cost is a bit high, but results matter

See a lot of the crap grass browning up but still have clover in areas. Will hit it again to see if it knocks rest of it down.
