Pendulum 3.3 and Remedy Ultra Herbicides can certainly be mixed together and applied at the same time. Keep in mind that Pendulum is a pre emergent and is normally only applied in spring and fall at specific times for your area to get the longest lasting result and prevent new weeds from coming up the next season. The Remedy since its a post emergent will need to be applied when the weeds and vines and target plants are still in an actively growing state to allow for the full effects of the product to take place. Remedy contains Triclopyr which is one of the top ingredients used for killing unwanted weeds and brush in pasture areas. Be sure to use a sufficient water volume to completely cover the target plants in product and to reduce the need for reapplication. Some trees/brush/viens may require a second application with Remedy if they are well established and mature in growth. On average you should be using 1-2 gallons of water per 1000 sq/ft and then mixing the correct amount of product per those labels into that water amount for the area.
Keep in mind the Pendulum is not labeled for use where animals graze.
A respirator is not required when applying the Remedy Ultra Herbicide but if you feel safer doing so you can use a N95 Mask or the Comfo Classic is another option.

You can use Round Up QuickPro at the highest listed usage rate to help eliminate bamboo. No matter what product you use when trying to control bamboo you need to cut the plant down level with the ground and then use the designated product at the highest rate or undiluted to paint/pour directly on the freshly cut surface. Bamboo roots run very deep so often you have to do multiple applications with a product and repeat the cutting and painting phase a few times to fully kill the plant.

Do not allow lactacting dairy animals to graze treated areas until the next growing season following application of this product. Slaughter restrictions: During the seasons of application, withdraw livestock from grazing treated grassed at least 3 days before slaughter. Animals should be kept out of the treated areas until the product has completely dried.
Over spray, or spray drift of Remedy Ultra Herbicide can harm desired plants. While a light over spray won't be enough to kill a fully matured tree, it can certainly kill the leaves it has contacted. The tree should recover in time.

Yes, you can use Remedy Ultra Herbicide to get rid of Osage Orange trees. The mixing ratio of Remedy Ultra Herbicide is 1.28 – 1.92 fl. oz. per gallon of water for spot treatments, making sure to get full coverage on all the foliage. For larger trees, you will need to cut the trees down to the stump, and then immediately treat the stumps. You can apply this product undiluted directly to the fresh cuts.
Per the Remedy Ultra Herbicide product label: Prepare oil-water emulsions using diesel fuel, fuel oil, or kerosene plus an emulsifier such as Sponto 712 or Triton X-100. Use a jar test to check spray mix compatibility before preparing oil-water emulsion sprays in the mixing tank. We would not recommend using chain oil.
