    What is the coverage of Repels-All Liquid Concentrate?
    A
    The coverage area of Repels-All Liquid Concentrate all depends on how you plan to apply the product.
    According to the product label:
    Trigger Sprayer Bottles
    To make one quart (32 fl. ozs.) of finished product to be applied with a Trigger Sprayer,
    begin with an empty 1 Quart bottle, add 4 fluid ounces of SHOT ®GUN REPELS-ALL®
    Animal Repellent Concentrate, then add 28 fluid ounces of water, for a total of 32 fluid
    ounces (1 Quart) of finished spray. Screw on Trigger Sprayer then SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING and frequently during use to keep product mixed well.
    Pressure Tank Sprayers
    (One Gallon Sprayer)
    To make one gallon (128 fl. ozs.) of finished product to be applied with a Pressure Sprayer,begin with an empty 1 Gallon sprayer tank, add 16 fluid ounces of SHOT ®GUN RE
    PELS-ALL® Animal Repellent Concentrate, then add 112 fluid ounces of water, (filling to
    the 1 Gallon mark on the sprayer.) Screw on Tank Pump Assembly then SHAKE WELL
    BEFORE USING and frequently during use to keep product mixed well.
    (Two Gallon Sprayer)
    To make two gallons (256 fl. ozs.) of finished product to be applied with a Pressure
    Sprayer, begin with an empty 2 Gallon sprayer tank, add 32 fluid ounces of SHOT ®GUN
    REPELS-ALL® Animal Repellent Concentrate, then add 224 fluid ounces of water, (filling
    to the 2 Gallon mark on the sprayer.) Screw on Tank Pump Assembly then SHAKE WELL
    BEFORE USING and frequently during use to keep product mixed well

    Can I spray Repels All on my car to stop the birds from pooping on it?

    Repels-All Liquid Concentrate can be applied to the listed areas in the lawn and property surrounding the car but applications should not be made direclty on the vehicle.

    What happens if you spray Repels-All Liquid Concentrate directly on a rain soaked lawn?
    A

    Applying Repels-All Liquid Concentrate to an already rain soaked lawn could cause the product to just roll off the leave blades and not be an effective repellent.  It is best applied to a dry lawn when rain is not expected within 6 hours after application.

    Can Repels-All Liquid Concentrate be sprayed directly on painted wooden fascia boards to prevent squirrels from chewing?
    I read the label, and it doesn't say how it will effect anything that is painted. I have several customers who are having problems with squirrels chewing on their wooden fascia boards. Is it safe to use in that situation or is there another product I should use?
    A
    Repels-All Liquid Concentrate should work on painted fascia board depending on hold the paint is. If it is more porous it may not work as well. You could also try exclusion to keep them out of the area.

    If it rains well the Repels-All Liquid Concentrate work?
    A

    Repels-All Liquid Concentrate is best applied to a dry lawn when rain is not expected within 6 hours after application. If it rained within 6 hours of your application, it could cause the repellent to run off and be ineffective, so a reapplication may be necessary.

    Can I use Repels-All to keep chipmunks out of my herb garden?

    According to the Repels-All Liquid Concentrate product label, you should not apply this product directly to plants that are intended for human consumption. Instead you will need to apply Repels-All around the plants, not actually on the plants themselves, to form a barrier.

    Does Repels-All Liquid Concentrate damage car finishes?
    A

    Since Repels-All Liquid Concentrate contains natural oils and egg solids, we do not recommend that you spray this or any other natural repellents on finishes such as a car since it may damage the paint or other finishes. (It also has a very strong odor that you would smell when using the vehicle.) If you would like to tell us more about your application, then we may be able to recommend an alternate product or treatment for your needs.

    According to the Repels-All Liquid Concentrate SDS, contain spills or leaks and absorb spilled material with a solid absorbent such as sand or cat litter.

    Can the Repels-All Liquid Concentrate be used under a carport to keep birds from trying to nest?
    I do not really mind the birds so much, am really trying to stop them from making a big mess on the vehicles. With this help them to seek other to locate? I believe the birds are blue birds btw.

    Can Repels All be used on house plants to deter my cat from chewing on them?
    A

    If you were going to use Repels All for something as small as a house plant you would likely want to go with the Repels All RTU, however Repels All is a very foul-smelling product that you would not want to use in your home unless you enjoy the smell of rotting eggs and blood meal. Instead we would suggest either the I Must Garden Dog & Cat Repellent RTU or the Plant Pro-Tec Dog & Cat Repellent spikes.

    Can I spray Repels-All Liquid Concentrate around the baseboards of my entire apartment to keep mice from coming in from other apartments?

    You would not want to apply Repels-All indoors at all as the odor would be very unpleasant.  Please take a look at our Mouse Control Guide for some other options that may be better suited to your needs.

    How far away should I spray Repels-All Liquid Concentrate from my pet birds, lizards and bunny?
    I have a screen in porch and I would like to use Repels-All Liquid Concentrate to keep out rodents and bugs.

    Repels-All Liquid Concentrate will repel Deer, Rabbits, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Dogs, Cats, Raccoons, Porcupines, Armadillos, Birds, Rats, Mice, Beaver, Ground hogs, Skunks, Voles, Moles and Shrews. It should only be applied to exterior areas (away from pets) around lawns, gardens, flowerbeds, and other desirable plants when used as directed.  Protects plants and property for up to 2 months per application. May be used around edibles. Rain fast after 6 hours. The unique blend of ingredients in REPELS-ALL causes mild irritation to animal's nasal passages but does not harm the animal, it drives them away, naturally.

    Is it safe to eat herbs such as basil and rosemary if Repels-All Liquid Concentrate got on them by mistake?
    My husband got the liquid spray on our large rosemary bush as it's in a flower bed he was treating. This plant is a perennial and I use it in cooking all year round. Do I need to cut it back completely or just wait a few months before using it?

    Per the product label on Repels-All Liquid Concentrate is an all natural product so you would not need to cut your herbs back. You would just need to be sure to wash them very well before using any of them.

    Can Repels-All Liquid Concentrate be sprayed in the home?
    Does the smell normal fade or go away?

    Repels-All Liquid Concentrate should not be applied indoors only to listed exterior areas only. The smell will eventually dissipate from outdoor applications, but it would be very unpleasant if applied indoors.

    A

    Repels All Liquid Concentrate is labeled to repel dogs so it may bother your pet. It is best to use in areas you do not mind keeping your dog away from. You should keep kids out of the area that's being treated until it has completely dried.
