Roundup Pro Concentrate is non selective post emergent only and will not prevent anything from growing at all and there is no product that will kill seeds. It would be used to kill anything actively growing and healthy only.
Eraser Max Super Concentrate contains the same active along with a soil sterilant that can prevent weeds for up to 1 year in the treated area if you do not want anything live to grow
For selective control, meaning only prevents for a few months depending on the rate used as listed on the label. You would want to use either a granule you can water in like Hi Yield with Dimension granules, or if you prefer a liquid it also comes in a 1/2 gallon jug under Dimension 2EW.
Yes, it would be a great option. You can plant in areas treated with Roundup Pro Concentrate after 2 weeks from the last application. Keep in mind some grasses may require more than one application to get complete control.

Since there is no way to ensure deer do not access the food plot after spraying Roundup Pro Concentrate, your best option would be to hand pull any broadleaf weeds. Grass Out Max is a selective post-emergent herbicide used to control annual and perennial grasses and safe to use in deer plots to kill grassy weeds.
In order to kill a tree that size, you would get the best results cutting the tree down to a stump and treating the fresh cut stump directly with a product such as Fertilome Brush Killer and Stump Killer.
If more than product label advises when mixing Roundup Pro Concentrate, there is a risk of injurying desirable turf, bushes, trees, shrubs, etc. Depending on how much Roundup Pro you aded to the 1 gallon of water, refer to the product label and Mix Chart for Hand Held Sprayers on page 4 advising on rates ranging 0.5 fl oz to 10.5 fl oz per gallon of water (0.4% to 8.0% solution)
The general mix ratio of the Roundup Pro Concentrate is what you would use for weeds in the parking lot. You could go with anywhere between 2-10 oz per gallon of water if needed depending on the target weeds.
The difference is the percentage of the active ingredient. The Roundup Pro Concentrate has the active ingredient Glyphosate at 50.2%, so this product will be a little stronger than the products that have Glyphosate at 41%. Because of this, the mix rate will be different as well. Please be sure to review the product label of the product you choose to use for more information and complete application instructions before use.
We do not recommend applying Roundup Pro Concentrate to a pond for duckweed eradication, it is not labeled for aquatic use. Diquat Water Weed and Landscape Herbicide is one of our top products for control of duckweed as well as a multitude of other aquatic weeds. It is not harmful to any aquatic life and will control the weeds in the water as well as along the bank. For duckweed, Diquat Water Weed and Landscape Herbicide may be applied by backpack, airboat, spray handgun, helicopter, airplane, or similar application equipment that results in thorough spray coverage.
Spot Treatment:
Apply Diquat Water Weed and Landscape Herbicide at 2 quarts per 100 gallons spray carrier (0.5% solution) with an approved aquatic wetting agent at 0.25-1.0% v/v (1 quart to 1 gallon per 100 gallons water). For cattail control, Diquat Water Weed and Landscape Herbicide should be applied prior to flowering at the maximum application rate (8 quarts of Diquat Water Weed and Landscape Herbicide/100 gallons spray carrier) plus the wetting agent. Repeat treatments may be necessary for complete control. Spray to completely wet target weeds but not to runoff. Densely packed weeds or mats may require additional applications due to incomplete spray coverage. Re-treat as needed. For best results, re-treat weed escapes within 2 weeks of the initial treatment.
