Roundup QuikPRO only kills what is directly sprayed, there is no residual effects.
Roundup QuikPRO is non-selective, meaning it will basically kill anything that it touches. It is recommended to wait 2-3 weeks before planting any edibles or ornamentals in the same area where the Roundup QuickPRO was applied. There are several 2,4-D herbicides that are labeled for rabbitbrush contro, such as Hi-Yield 2,4-D Amine herbicide. Be sure to follow the specific label instructions for this target plant.
Entry Restrictions listed on the product label for Roundup QuikPRO are just to keep all unprotected persons out of operating areas or vicinity where there may be drift. Keep people and pets off treated areas until spray solution has dried. This is typically about 4-6 hours.
RoundUp QuikPro is not labeled to control catbrier. Catbrier or Smilax is very difficult to control and usually requires a combination of digging and possibly mutiple herbicide applications over several years to eradicate the root system completely. The only product we have labeled for this plant is TVC Total Vegetation Killer. This product stay in the ground for up to one year, so you would only want to use it in areas where you don’t have or want any desirable plants for at least this long.

Control of Brazilian pepper trees can be tricky, and which herbicide is best will depend on the time of year and method that you are using. Something like RoundUp QuikPro (glyphosate and diquat) will likely only work on seedlings, and may take several weeks to kill the young plants.
Crossbow Specialty Herbicide can be used for basal bark treatments in general. However, the product label does not specifically list Brazilian pepper tree as a plant that it controls.
This article from the Florida State Extension offers the most detailed recommendations for treating this invasive plant.
They recommend using Triclopyr Ester for basal bark treatments, which we carry in Hi-Yield Turflon Ester Ultra or Garlon 4 Herbicide in a pasture. Usually direct stump treatments offer the fastest control, however this is best done when the trees are not fruiting since seeds may be scattered and start new plants.

Roundup QuikPRO will not kill trees unless applied as a cut stump application. Avoid spraying the foliage/roots during application and the tree will not be harmed.
The most commonly used product to kill weeds and grasses in moss gardens contain the active ingredient glyphosate. Glyphosate is found in products such as RoundupQuickPro, Ranger Pro and Killzall Weed and Grass Killer. There are specific treatment steps of prewatering, application times of day, and postwatering that are vital to protect the moss. RoundUp QuikPro will kill any grasses including Bermuda as it is a non-selective post-emergent herbicide that will kill anything sprayed directly.
You can use Round Up QuickPro at the highest listed usage rate to help eliminatebamboo. You will be required to cut the bamboo down to a short stump and thenapply the Round Up QuickPro. It can take several applications to achieve the desiredresults.

You will want to use 1 gallon of mixed solution per 1,000 sq ft. for Roundup Pro Max and Roundup QuickPro, so you would need 10 gallons of water to treat the 10,000 sq ft area.
Since poa annua and and fescue are so closely related, there are few products that will kill the poa annua without also harming the fescue. The only one we are currently aware of is called Prograss. Your other options would be to either spot-treat with a product like Roundup QuikPRO and then reseed with the fescue in those areas, or you can use a preemergent like Prodiamine 65 WDG in the fall to prevent the poa from growing in the first place.
