It is specially formulated to ensure thicker and greener turf while protecting your lawn against the extreme heat and drought brought by challenging southern climate. It features a unique Water Smart Plus Coating technology which helps absorb twice more water compared to uncoated seed. It feeds your grass essential nutrients to jumpstart growth and achieve faster results, plus protect them against diseases. It is guaranteed to help you grow 33% thicker grass than ordinary tall fescue.

RECOMMENDED SPREADER SETTINGS:

  • Scotts Hand-Held Spreaders - Set to 5 for reseeding, set to 5* for New Lawn or Bare Spot Repair.
  • Scotts Broadcast/Rotary Spreaders - Set to 8 for reseeding, set to 15 for New Lawn or Bare Spot Repair.
  • Scotts Drop Spreaders - Set to 12 for reseeding, set to 12* for New Lawn or Bare Spot Repair.

* Go over lawn twice.

How to Use

PREP

New Lawns

  • Rake area to loosen the top layer of soil (approximately 2"" deep) and remove any dead grass or debris, ensuring seed-to-soil contact.

Overseeding

  • Mow lawn at the lowest setting and bag the clippings. Rake to remove debris, dead grass, and loosen the soil, ensuring seed-to-soil contact.

APPLY

  • Use a Scotts® spreader to apply the seed at the recommended spreader setting.

RAKE

  • Lightly rake the seed into the soil to ensure seed is covered just beneath the soil surface.
