Roundup products are non selective herbicides that kill everything they are applied to so we cannot see any valid reason to mix it with Sevin Concentrate unless you want to kill the plant/grass area you are trying to control the listed insects on. That being said, as long as both product labels are followed you could do so but we would recommend doing a compatibility test.

It would not be recommended to apply Sevin Concentrate in high temperatures. It is best to apply in the early morning or in temperatures below 85 to prevent burning the plant.

No, per the manufacturer Sevin concentrate when used on pear trees when fruit is present will not penetrate the skin. However, you do want to try and spray upper and lower leaf surface, between fruit clusters, and on small limbs and trunks only to the point of run off where the pest appear. Even though there may be some over spray when spraying it would not harm the pear itself. You would just want to be sure when you do harvest the fruit that you wash it well before using or eating.
