    Q
What should I do if I put down too much Snake A Way?
I think I put too much of it down. Is that okay? If not, what should I do?
    A

The 4 lb container of Snake A Way could treat up to about 20,000 sq ft. If you use this product at a higher rate, then you may get longer residual, but the smell may also be more potent to people and pets from farther away. If you have applied this product in areas where you can smell it in the home or other areas where you spend time, then you can physically remove it or use a hose to break down the product more quickly.

    Q
I used snake away and it didnt work I had the same snake come right back after I ran him down the hill..
    A

Snake Out will help to repel just about any kind of snake. Having said this you should realize that a very hungry or scared snake will suffer the discomfort and slither over the repellent if absolutely necessary. Snake Out should be used as part of a snake control program, not as the only control method.  If you are having a snake problem on your property you most likely have rodents living nearby. You can help to make your property less favorable to snakes by getting rid of any rodents, keep your grass mowed short and don't keep wood piles close to your home. Snakes will naturally go to better hunting grounds if they can not find a food source. Please let us know if you have any questions.

We do offer snake repellents such as Snake Away and Snake Out that will repel them.  Please be sure that if you do use a repellent you only treat 3 sides of the area, to ensure the snake can exit the area if already indoors.

    Q
I've found a snake skin above our drop ceiling between the basement and the main floor.
Is a glue board our best option to rid the house of the snake and then use Snake away? Don't really want to trap it in the house...Mountains of NC
    A
Yes, indoors glueboards would be the best option to trap the snake. The MaxCatch works fantastic. You could use a Snake Away repellent around 3 sides of the outside perimeter of the structure. It is best to leave an area open that the snake can leave.
