    How many feet or how much area does it cover?
    A

    The amount of area the SolaMist Mosquito and Insect Misting System will depend on how much tubing you are attaching to the unit. You can use up to 90 ft of tubing (two 45 ft tubes) per the manufacturer.

    How far off the ground should you place the SolaMist Mosquito and Insect Misting System?
    A

    Preferably, you want the nozzles of the SolaMist Mosquito and Insect Misting System to be at least 5- 6 feet off the ground per the manual.  The unit itself should just be placed on the ground.

    What is the coverage area of each nozzle on the SolaMist Mosquito and Insect Misting System?
    How much area (or square footage) does this product cover? I will be putting it along my 45' deck, in a straight line.

    The SolaMist Mosquito and Insect Misting System will spray out about 6 feet per manufacturer, and will the unit will roughly cover aobut 7000 sq. ft. 14,000 sq. ft with the extension kit.

    I have a open backyard with no fence and plan to install the unit on the along the back of the house and around the sides only. I was wondering if i would have the same protection if I had a fenced in yard.

    Would you use this everyday to keep them at bay? Would it be just as good to use it a day or two before a party?

    Can I string this line of nozzles around a front porch that we sit on?
    We cannot even sit on the porch because mosquitos will eat you alive. Even now that it is getting colder they are still active!

    Yes, the SolaMist Mosquito and Insect Misting System can be strung around your home. Per the manufacturer, you may not want to put it right by your front door where you are exiting and entering.

    I am trying to figure if there is a better product for the Solamist that won't clog the nozzles other than the one they provide. I live in south Florida and the spray goes around my back yard landscape/pool area I have children and small dogs.
