    Q
Will Suspend SC harm frogs at my home?
Will it kill the food supply for the frogs? What are other options to get rid of spiders and not the frogs. I also have salamanders that I like. Do not want to chase them away.
    A

Suspend SC could harm amphibians if they were sprayed directly with the product. You should not apply Suspend SC in a way that would contaminate water containing aquatic life. This is a non-selective insecticide, so it will kill flying insects that are sprayed directly or which contact the treated areas, including flies which would be desirable to frogs and other amphibians. If you are reducing the flying insect population, then these predators may go elsewhere to find food. If you would like to use an insecticide that is safer around aquatic areas, then Essentria IC3 is a great choice.

    Q
Do I need to alternate between Suspend SC and something else?
If so, what else would you recommend that I use?
    A

Yes, rotating insecticides is a good idea to prevent resistance although this normally takes years to happen. Some customers rotate every year or when they start to notice the product may not be working as well as it once did.  It would not hurt to use another active ingredient. A great alternative to Suspend SC is Talstar P.

    Q
Is Suspend SC safe to use around pregnant women?
Our exterminator had confusions and sprayed the inside of the house (suppose to be outside only) while my cat was running around inside. Luckily my cat seems to be normal but I am worried if I am fine with the pesticide. I have extreme chemical sensitivities and I have some mild cold feeling in my nose and down my throat as if I am smelling Vick's at home. I am very worried if my pregnancy will have adverse effect due to suspend sc sprayed around the house. Would appreciate replies.
    A

Suspend SC can be used around pregnant women. However, we recommend that you stay out of the treated area until it has completely dried. If you feel as though it has caused other effects on you, we suggest you follow up with your doctor.
