Talstar P is the #1 recommended product for bagworm control. You will need to use 1 oz. of Talstar per gallon of water. Applications should start in April and continue monthly through June. Be sure foliage is sprayed thoroughly to the point of runoff to achieve adequate coverage. Talstar can be applied with a hose end sprayer, but it is best to use a hand pump sprayer if possible to ensure the most even coverage.
There is no valid reason to mix Suspend SC and Talstar P together. Talstar P is a synthetic pyrethroid and Suspend SC already contains a synthetic pyrethroid, so there would be nothing to gain by mixing these products together. Making a pesticide too strong can actually backfire. Areas that are treated with this overly concentrated spray will be repellent and insects will simply avoid the treated areas prolonging the infestation.
We recommend applying Talstar anytime of the day EXCEPT during the middle of the day. The key with mosquitoes is to apply to the underside of the leaves as that is where the adults lay during the day.

We typically recommend Talstar P for general home pest control. It is labeled for over 75 different pests, so it will work for all of the ones you mentioned as well as many others. It can be used indoor and outdoors, and it is odorless, dries clear, leaves no stains, is non-irritating to the skin, and won't break down easily with rainfall. You will want to treat every 90 days indoors, and every 30 days outdoors. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
You can mix Talstar P with an herbicide as long as there are no restrictions on the label for the other product that you are using. We recommend performing a small jar test for compatibility any time you are using two new products together for the first time. Be mindful that you are only applying your herbicide in the correct areas.
Unused mix of Talstar P (Talstar One) can be poured out right along the foundation of a structure.
