Permethrin SFR cannot be used in a fogger nor can Tekko Pro Insect Growth Regulator outside for fleas. You could use Riptide and NyGuard IGR but Riptide is a contact kill only and will not provide any type of residual control. A better option would really be to use Permethrin and Nyguard or Tekko in a pump sprayer as directed on each product label so that you can continued control.
Both Tekko Pro and NyGuard IGR are labeled for mosquitoes. Tekko Pro contains Novaluron - 1.3% and Pyriproxyfen - 1.3%. The NyGuard IGR concentrate contains Pyriproxyfen 10%. You may consider using Talstar P Professional Insecticide instead which is labeled for aphids & can also be used on ornamentals. We do recommend avoiding spraying the blooms to limit contact with polinators and apply in early morning or late evening when they are less active.
