Tempo 1% is labeled to treat for Scorpions, you will use 0.5 lb to 1 lb of TEMPO 1% Dust per 1000 square feet. Apply directly into voids, cracks and crevices using hand or power dusters or other suitable equipment. Apply lightly and uniformly.

The ground does not have to be wet prior to treating with Tempo SC Ultra. Per the product label, the ground should not be saturated with water or water logged prior to application.
No, Tempo SC Ultra is not labeled to be used inside of cabinets. This product should only be used around baseboards, cracks and crevices.
For fruit flies, we do have a contact kill called PI Aerosol that can be used inside of cabinets. Be sure to take everything out the cabinets when you are spraying. Once it is dry, it is safe you to put everything back inside the cabinets. For this and any other fly, it is crucial to identify the source where the flies are breeding in order to eradicate the insects. Please see our Fruit Flies Treatment Guide for more information.
Tempo SC Ultra is labeled to treat fungus gnats on indoor plants. Please refer to product label for specific instructions. Fungus gnats are present due to overwatering of the plants, so if the soil is allowed to dry completely, then the fungus gnats will die out.
While there should not be any issue applying Tempo SC Ultra along with a 2,4-D product, the label for Tempo only states it can be mixed with other pesticides registered for similar uses.
