Apartment managers, in a hurry to rent units, have been known to cut corners and not treat units three times when they know the previous occupant had a bedbug problem. They don't want to scare off potential renters either. So they will lie by omission of the problem. Then the new renter unknowingly moves in. Everyone that moves in to a new place has a lot of laundry to do. If the laundry room in an apartment building is communal they can unknowingly spread them to others. Temprid SC works very well! But do not skip any treatments. Follow all instructions. Treat 3-4 times and end the bugs lineage so they can't adapt. Almost is not only not enough but bugs that survive may eventually become resistant. Hit 'em and hit 'em hard three times. Treat a new rental apartment before occupying if you have any doubts. Apartment managers lie!

Roach free

The temp rid really worked. My rental house was infested with German roaches. I had to gut the kitchen and pull all the base boards. I have no roaches now. Now I have to rebuild the inside. It least when I go inside the house there are no roaches.

Great product

I first purchased this product a few years ago in our old house to treat a severe bed bug infestation. It is safe enough to use in my kid's rooms even on their mattresses,and is very effective at killing the bugs. It does not stain or leave an odor. I currently use it preventively to spray our entire home for pests of all kinds, it is effective in this use as well. It is the same product used by many pest control companies and I have literally saved thousands of dollars doing it myself.

This stuff works...

I have to admit.... I had a german roach infestation problem that I didn't know when I took a former Chinese restaurant space to replace with my business. I bought the kit which Do My Own Pest Control recommended. After exhausting the kit, I continued to use the Temprid SC as diligently suggested. BUT, I was losing my patience after not seeing much of a change. After further research and reviews on different websites/forums; one thing stuck out... someone made a comment responding to a person who was having a similar issue... "BE PATIENT!" When you feel like giving up and claim these German roaches have gone through boot camp to make your life miserable, they will start to disappear. I didn't realize how much of a problem I got myself into but thankfully DMOPC helped and this product freakin works. It will do its job.... just be patient. Happy to say, I've hardly seen any activity as of recent. 1 or 2 stragglers which I know will meet their death very soon. Now it seems I'm killing my business neighbors pests as well.

Outstanding Product

This is one of the best products on the market!!! Hands down!! One must remember when using this product, depending on the degree of infestation, you must use in 3-4 treatments. Treatments include soaking every inch of area/areas (cracks, edge of walls, furniture, ect....) that are inhabited by bugs. Bed bugs are extremely hard to kill especially considering they have an exoskeleton. This product however penetrates the exoskeleton very affectively, again, after 3-4 treatments it's will eliminate the issue GAURANTEED! And I'm speaking from experience! Can't lose product! Great investment!

This stuff really works we tried lots of sprays and powders before turning to temprid and none worked. After using this the first time no more bedbug bites. We used it two or three more times because that's what it says to do and we wanted to make sure they didn't come back. They haven't and its been about six months since we first sprayed maybe longer I haven't been keeping track. Also I have a 1year old and a cat we kept them out of the house while spraying and until it had dried. It didn't effect either of them negatively as far as I can tell.

The best.

These Insecticite was,and still is used by Truly Nolen pestcontrol which will charge you big PRICES on their Service.I have a 4 gollon backpack sprayer ,which I use to sray the whole perimeter around the House here in Florida,EVERY 6 months,and I do not see any Insects,in the House ,or around the House. This ia superior Pruduct.

Rentals

I have used this product for the last two years for a wide rang of pest. And it works really well on every thing you can get in the house and out. It is good around pets and dont leav a bad smell and it dont take long for it to dry. I would recommend this to all who have rental property.i have delt with bed bugs Beatles roches flees ticks would roaches and bees of all kinds it kills them fast.

This stuff works wonders on bed bugs kills them really fast I recommend this before you call any Pest Control person you will be wasting your money it ships fast and it's very easy all you need is a sprayer container and you can do it yourself I sprayed this on everything I saw the bedbugs on I vacuumed every day for 7 days and I have seen nothing I recommend this!!!

It's a Godsend!

I started off by spraying the outside perimeter of my house and around the doors and windows. Within one day I could tell a difference. So, I sprayed the inside of my home and haven't seen a bug, spider, moth, roach or anything else, since. I love this stuff and I'm SO glad I found it. I highly recommend it.

I have a 12 unit apts and an apt got them and it spread throughout. I read a bunch and found this product and decided to try it. This stuff works great and now I use it on regular basis and spray for roaches and bed bugs. I would strongly recommend this product. And the shipping and delivery is 5 stars also. No mo pest company

Great product, this is the same insecticide that the pest control company was charging me $63 a month for a five minute service. Thus far ants and other little insects have not invaded my house i spray with one or 2 gallon sprayer watch YouTube videos on how and where to spray. Have also used safely inside the house. Should get two years worth of monthly spraying for the price of one month pest-control company service .
