Phantom Insecticide would be a good option for ants indoors. It is a non-repellent product like Termidor SC. It does have a different active ingredient, however, it is a very good product for interior and exterior use. The mixing ratio is 3 fl. oz. per gallon of water.
If the pillow blocks are under the surface you will not need to dig around them for you treatment. You will want to focus on treating outside around the structure for your trenching area so that the solution will absorb into soil enough to leave a residual where the termites are migrating from. If the basement is finished, it is still recommended to drill into the walls and sill plates. We recommend to drill 1/2 wide hole every 12 inches and do your best to apply Termidor SC at the same rates as in the trench. 4 gallons mixed solution per 10 feet.

If you are trenching 6 feet around each column, you will need approx 4.5 gallons of mixed solution. To treat around 20 columns you will need approx. 48 gallons mixed solution. 1 bottle of Termidor will treat 60 feet of trenching.
Termidor SC is safe to store indoors kept away from children and pets. The shelf life is 3-5 years.

Depending on the rate at which Termidor SC is applied, it can be applied 2-4 times per year for ant control.

Unfortunately, Termidor SC is not labeled to be used in a tree application. Only up against a structure. If you need a product that can be used around trees we would recommend using a product like Dominion 2L Termiticide Concentrate which can be used in this type of application.
You will want to give adequate time for the herbicide to dry and absorb into the plants you are treating with it before using another product over top. This will help to make sure there are no compatibility issues between the two products as well as to ensure the insecticide application does not wash away any of the herbicide you applied. Termidor SC should be applied only to the ground 1 foot out from the foundation and 1 foot up onto the structure.
Termidor SC is not labeled for mosquitoes nor can you use it on plants which is key when treating for them. Talstar P would be a better option, be sure to apply to the underside of leaves of trees and bushes where adults lay during the day and if needed on the lawn for further control.

If the porch is wood, you can remove the wood temporarily so that you can treat the soil with Termidor SC or Taurus SC. If the porch is concrete, you will need to drill through the concrete to apply the solution.
