The Anderson's 21-22-4 + Mesotrione 0.08% is a premium starter fertilizer formulated to promote early grass establishment while providing pre- and post-emergent control of weeds. Featuring 21% nitrogen, 22% phosphorus, and 4% potassium, this granular fertilizer is enhanced with Mesotrione, an herbicide that effectively targets broadleaf and grassy weeds.
21-22-4 + Mesotrione is designed for use on newly seeded or overseeded turf areas and prevents weed competition during the critical stages of early growth. Mesotrione inhibits photosynthesis in susceptible weed species, helping desirable turf grasses flourish.

Treatment Areas:
Use on established or newly seeded turfgrass sites including residential lawns, commercial turf, parks, athletic fields, golf course roughs, sod farms, and roadside turf. Suitable for Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, tall fescue, fine fescue, and mixtures.
Application Instructions:
Apply using a rotary spreader to dry turf. Avoid irrigation or rainfall for 24 hours post-application. Ideal for use during seeding or overseeding. Use at 4.6 lbs per 1,000 sq ft for optimal results. Do not apply more than 0.08 lb ai/acre per application and no more than 0.28 lb ai/acre/year. Follow label directions for reseeding intervals, specific turf species rates, and application restrictions.
