For heavy infestations to gain control, make two applications at 7-day intervals, then revert to maintenance application intervals. Advion WDG has a shelf life of 3-5 years depedning on how it is stored. Keep out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

How long it takes Advion WDG Insecticide to kill any insect including flies depends a few factors, age and health of the insect, how long they spend on the treated surface and how soon after application they contact it. Flies themselves are harder to kill as their bodies do not really crawl on surfaces where their bodies would contact it. It can take a few hours up to 24 or more to kill.
