What makes Aegis Mouse Bait Stations with Clear Lids stand out in Liphatech's line up are the product's clear lids, making servicing of the bait even easier. With a simple glance, you instantly know if the rodents have taken the bait and if the bait needs replacing, making your servicing very simple and easy. This product will last for years, making it the answer to problem rodents.
These stations were my first mouse station after having used the Aegis rat station for a couple years. These open with the same key as the rat stations (opposite end of rat key) and are well made. The only surprise was that One 2" bait would not fit in the station. That was easily solved by using a box cutter to split up a dozen baits. The broke cleanly and easily when fresh.
I like these bait boxes! Dogs, cats,or kids cannot open or dump out the bait. The clear lid is also a fantastic feature, just walk by with a flash light and you can check the bait! Only need to open if it needs to be refilled.
Can Aegis Mouse Bait Stations with Clear Lids be used in a pantry where bread, cereal, and foods are stored?
Aegis Mouse Bait Stations with Clear Lidsshould not be placed in pantries. You can place the bait inside tamper resistant bait stations near the vents and in places where you have noticed activity. The mice and or rats must come out of these areas to get food so they will eventually find the bait. The alternative would be to use snap traps or glue boards<span font-size:13.3333330154419px"=""> in areas where you have noticed activity. By using snap traps and or glue boards you will know exactly where the rodent has died and make removal easy.
