Product Overview

Airofog Airo-Pro 1 Gallon Sprayer 18 in. is made out of the highest quality material. It is molded from American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) 304 stainless steel which is higher grade than the usual AISI 303 used by competitors. With a higher success rate and less indentation or pitting, this sprayer is capable of enduring three (3) times pressure stress. All components that are required to be in contact with liquid are designed and produced from chemical resistant materials such as Teflon TM, Viton TM, top quality stainless steel brass and other precisely engineered materials. The stainless steel bottle on this sprayer is made of high grade stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant along with its professional look yet rugged design. The pressure gauge is fashioned with scratch proof glass dial in order to accurately control and monitor spray operation. The pressure release valve provides and ensures safety for both the environment and the operator. The pump is efficiently and effectively designed to effortlessly pump at 60 psi. This sprayer comes with an 18 inch extension, a crack and crevice tip with straw and a 1 gallon tank.

DIRECTION FOR USE

1. Opening or closing bottle and filling insecticides:

To open the bottle, hold the bottle cap then turn it counter clockwise.
Follow insecticide’s label instruction and fill the well mixed water or oil based insecticide into bottle. Avoid powder or any particle in the insecticide to prevent nozzle clogged.
To close the bottle, hold and turn the bottle cap clockwise till tight.
Never open or close the bottle by turning the handle as this may damage the handle seriously.

2. Pressurizing the sprayer:

Pressing down then turning the pump handle to unlock the pump handle.
Pump plunger up and down until the required pressure is reached.
Lock the pump handle.

APPLICATION RATES

For multi-nozzle, measured with water at 2.8 bar and 40 psi:

fine fan ----------------------------------------360 ml/min.
coarse fan ------------------------------------760 ml/min.
pin stream ------------------------------------330 ml/min.
crack and crevice extension straw--------50 ml/min.

For aerosol nozzle, measured with water at 4 bar and 60 psi:

One gallon sprayer.

I've always used a B & G sprayer through my 33 years of pest control. I received this Airofog Airo Sprayer and by the looks of it it's very impressive and reasonable. Lot of upgraded features on this sprayer, I'll be putting to the test soon and will see how it holds up. So far So good.

Best Professional pest control sprayer

This is by far the best professional sprayer I have ever used. Our company switched over to these because of the features and benefits. No other sprayer even comes close to a Airofog.

Great value sprayer

I like this sprayer it feels durable, I originally went with this instead of b&g that I've used since it went up from the same cost as airofog brand to $60 more. I recommend this sprayer.

Not a great B&G alternative for the price

We tried one of these for our Pest Control business as an alternative to B&G. We were told that parts were interchangeable with B&G parts. Well, they are not. If you need a single part for these sprayers, you have to order a whole kit with other things you don't need. I think the tank on these are not as insulated as B&G tanks. Using this sprayer side by side with the trusty B&G on a super cold day, the sprayer tip on the Airofog was constantly freezing within a couple minutes while the B&G did not. This led me to think the tank water in the Airofog to be colder from being less insulated as both sprayers were filled at the same time and exposed to the cold for the same time. I do like the pressure relief valve feature for opening the tank safely. Overall, I don't think this is the good alternative to the superior B&G that we wanted it to be. Especially for the same price. Better to go with the old trusty B&G

Great service and great product

I've used B&g for years and only recently discovered airofog. I enjoy the product seems like quality and have used my companies for a year and haven't had any issue. When I ordered they were backordered, I was notified immediately about the issue and within 48hours they had the product shipped. Even better was that I got the item sooner than scheduled even with the minor delay. Five stars for product and domyown.com.
