The manufacturers do not put on the label or tell what rate the attachment on the hose is dispersing the product at. Amdro does make a slightly different product that comes in a concentrate form: Amdro Quick Kill Lawn & Landscape Insect Killer Concentrate. -

I am concerned that by spending the extra money to get THIS Amdro Fire Ant killer because it "says" it kills the entire mound, including the queen, in about 5 minutes, that I am being naive. However, this product will kill the mound, queen and all, within 5 minutes. Zeta Cypermethrin, the active ingredient in Amdro Quick Kill Fire Ant Mound Drench Ready-To-Spray is a very fast acting insecticide with a fast knockdown.
