Good afternoon, Bifen IT is labeled for roaches and can be used indoors. The mixing ratio is 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water. We would recommend using our Roach Control Rotation A Kit. It comes with everything that you will need to do a complete roach treatment. There is enough product to do multiple treatments. We would also recommend looking at our Roach Guide. There is a lot of information on how to treat and prevent roaches.
