I live in austin tx . I`ve been using this product just under 6 years. According to their directions you should only use 6 ounces of concentrate per gallon of water. When filling my 2.5 gallon sprayer using 15 concentrated ounces. That is enough to treat my home 3 to 4 times a year every 3 to 4 months. And this is the best part, 1 bottle will last 3 to 5 years. Compare that against what you are paying for yearly pest control and I think you will save a lot of money and will have a termite free home. And we don't have roaches, ants, termites, spiders, no bug of any kind, in our home.

We have many kinds of ants around our house including carpenter ants. We also found some termites in the furniture that we had just bought from overseas(!). We used Bayer Advanced Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus Concentrate and it worked great. We used it for 2 seasons and so far we are very happy about the result. In our area (MA), another kind that we originally thought about using is prohibited. We are glad that we found this product. It is going to be the third season and we bought another couple of bottles.
