We are not familiar with Duraturf Crabgrass Killer.  We would not recommend mixing Surge Broadleaf Herbicide with any herbicide requiring the use of a surfactant, in the same tank. Per the label of Surge Herbicide, this product should not be mixed with a surfactant because it will damage your turf grass.
