The first Chapin Sprayer I received did not work properly. It was dispensing way too much concentrate from the reserve. I contacted Chapin and told them of my problem. They immediately offered to send me out a replacement sprayer. Great customer serve.

It is so nice to have an easy-to-use tool for yard maintenance and in Florida, we are constantly maintaining our yards due to the excess rain and pests, etc. Might need some extra "training" on getting the chemical strength correct for the ground clear I use. No parts to rust and no little parts to disappear into the "wild blue yonder"!!

Pickup straw issue

Do yourself a favor and glue the pickup straw into the top before using. Yes, this will delete the granule option but, you won't be stopping every few minutes to open the bottle, reinsert the straw, then make your best guess as to where the chemical stopped spreading. Gluing the straw first will cut your work time in half.
Loved at first

This seemed like a great sprayer at first worked well. But, after half season, the on off slide button broke on one of the sprayers I purchased. Then at the the end of the first season the second sprayer stopped spraying all together. I'll be going back to a cheaper version. Really frustrating because I did love the attachments the first couple of months.
