  • Product Overview

The Climb-up Insect Interceptor is an intuitive bed bug monitor and trapping device that can play an important and crucial role in the fight against bed bugs.  Bed Bug Climb Up Interceptor is a simple pitfall trap that can be placed under the legs and feet of couches and chairs, bed posts, or other posts and legs of furniture where people rest or sleep. Bed Bugs in other parts of the infested dwelling will travel in search of a blood meal and can be intercepted and trapped in the Climb-up Interceptor as they attempt to gain access to the beds or other furniture that have the interceptor devices installed. This is an excellent and inexpensive way to keep a bed or couch free from bed bug infestation, monitor an existing bed bug problem, or to detect a new bed bug infestation.

    * The Center Well where your the foot of your bedpost would sit is 3 ¾ inches across in diameter.

    TEST RESULTS:

ClimbUp is slick enough without talc. Keep them clean to catch bed bugs!

    Helpful Q&A's
    Q
Can you use baby powder in the ClimbUp Insect Interceptor when it needs to be reapplied?
    A

Yes, as long as it is talc baby powder.  You should not use corn starch baby powder inside the Climb Up Interceptor because it will not work.

    Q
How do I dispose of bed bugs that I catch in the Climb-Up Insect Interceptor?
I have recently purchased the ClimbUp Insect Interceptor approximately 2 months ago and have found a bed bug in the outer receptor. Now how do I dispose of it?
    A

You can either treat the bug directly with a pest control product, or even easier is to flush it down the toilet!

    Q
I don't understand how ClimbUp Insect Interceptor works? What makes the bugs go in the cups?
    A

The Climb Up Interceptor is simply a pitfall trap. As bedbugs try to climb up or down furniture legs they will fall into the trap and will not be able to get out.
