Product Overview

Contrac Cake is a single feeding bait that kills rats and mice within days. The active ingredient, Bromadiolone, produces mortality in a single feeding, even in anticougulant-resistant rodents. Contrac Cake is weather proof and holds up well in high-moisture environments without becoming rancid. Only the highest quality food-grade ingredients are used to ensure the highest acceptability by rats and mice. Contrac Cake comes in 1 lb. multi-edged, scored cakes that can be broken into 4 oz., 2 oz. or 1 oz. blocks for rat and mice placements. Each box comes with 16 - 1 lb. cakes.

    Guess it's working

    Something is eating it. I am glad of this. Am not finding dead critters but am not expecting that. Whatever is eating this has slowed down so I guess it is working or they don't like the taste. Hasn't killed the cat which makes the wife happy.

Are the Contrac Cakes individually wrapped (in cellophane)?

Are the Contrac Cakes a wax base? What seed is used as a bait base?

The Contrac Cakes are each individually wrapped inside the box. The bait cakes are a wax base and the mixture of inert ingredients are that similar to a granola mix. We cannot tell you the specific blends used as this is privy only to the manufacturer, however if you are needing this information for allergy concerns, you can have your allergy doctor call Bell Labs for confirmation that you wont have a reaction.
