    Q
Rotating Demand CS and Termidor SC
I plan to mostly use Demand CS for insect control on the outside of the house. Demand CS has been awesome, but I read on the label that there is always a possibility of insects building a resistance to it. So I thought I would also use Termidor SC to treat the outer foundation and walls of my home, every so often. Two questions: Is this a good idea? Can I use the same hand pump sprayer for both Demand CS and Termidor SC at different times?
    A

Termidor SC is applied only twice a year on the outside of the home depending on the rate used.  Rotating it often with the Demand CS would null the non repellent factor of the Termidor.  Most choose to use the Termidor outside and the Demand inside in cracks and crevices.  Resistance can take years to build up.

    Q
Which is better for perimeter outside Demand CS or Termidor Sc?
    A

Demand CS would be a great choice for general pest control for common insects found in and around the home.  It can be applied every 90 days indoors and every 30 days outdoors. Termidor SC should ONLY be applied once every 6 months directly up against the structure on the exterior of foundation (1 ft up and 1 ft out). You should NOT apply Demand CS in the areas where you apply Termidor SC.  Please refer to the product label prior to mixing and applying for complete usage instructions.

    Q
Is Demand CS better than Talstar P or Czymic CS when going after mosquitoes? What is the best bang for your buck.
    A

Cyzmic CS is the generic version of Demand CS at a lower cost.  Either of these will last longer than the Talstar P (up to 60-90 days vs 30 days) and offer a faster kill.

    Q
Will Demand CS work on Carpenter Ants?
    A

Yes, Demand CS is labeled for carpenter ants and will kill any carpenter ants that come in contact with a treated surface. It is micro-encapsulated, so it works like a time released formula. For carpenter ant control specifically, we would recommend our Indoor Carpenter Ant Kit. The kit contains professional pest control products to control carpenter ants found inside structures, including two baits that contain different formulations and active ingredients to increase bait acceptance and efficacy. To control carpenter ants around the exterior of your home, Taurus SC will do the trick. You would mix 0.8 fl. oz. of Taurus SC per gallon of water and apply using a hand-pump sprayer around the outside of the home, spraying 1 foot up the side of the house and 1 foot out from the house, all the way around the home.

    Q
Is Demand CS the best bug spray and safe for dogs?
I was told by a friend to use Demand CS because he loves it. But with so many options on your sight I am wondering is this the best one for me. I am trying to do all around pest control but what i see the most is black widows, June bugs, pincher bugs and daddy long legs as well as ants. I would like to know what you recommend for strength and longevity.
    A

Demand CS is a great general pest control and works well for spiders, earwigs, ants, mosquitoes and many others. It should be applied monthly outside and inside quarterly. It would be safe if to apply when the dogs are not present until the surfaces are completely dry.

    Q
Is Demand CS toxic to honeybees?
I am only spraying directly on my log home.
    A

Since Demand CS is an insecticide, it could potentially harm honeybees which were sprayed directly or which came into contact with treated areas. We always recommend that you spray in the morning or evening when pollinators like bees are less active, and that you avoid spraying on flowering plants where they may be active. Usually there is not a danger to bees or other pollinators if you are just spraying around the perimeter of your home. We do offer Mavrik Perimeter, which is a broad-spectrum insecticide that is non-toxic and non-repellent to bees once dry.
