    Does this work to rid of gnats?

    Demon WP is not labeled for gnats. We would recommend Bifen IT. It is a general insecticide and dries clear. It is labeled to be used indoors and outdoors as well. The residual indoors is up to 90 days and up to 30 days outdoors. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Demon WP Insecticide is NOT labeled for bedbugs. Therefore, we would not recommend using it for that pest.     Can I use Demon WP on painted surfaces of my house?

    Demon WP should not cause any damage to paint, but it may leave behind a faint white residue on darker surfaces.

    Will Demon WP will kill pantry moths?
    The best way to eliminate pantry moths is to find the infested food items and dispose of them immediately and thoroughly clean the infested cabinet. The moth larva (immature moths) can usually be found in grain products such as pasta, rice, flour, or spices. The adult moths and wandering larva can be killed with CY-Kick aerosol. The active male moths can be lured and trapped with the Pro-pest Pantry Moth trap. We have put together A Pantry Pest kit that contains everything you need to get rid of the pantry moths.

    No, Demon WP should not be sprayed in radiators. It should only be applied to cracks and crevices and other areas listed on the product label.

    Will Demon WP kill hookworms?
    A

    Demon WP will not kill hookworms. Unfortunately there is not a product on the market that is labeled or recommended for hookworms. While some insecticides that are labeled for turf or lawn infesting insect may work, there has not been enough research to add hookworms to the product labels. We recommend thatif you have pets, they be moved out of the contaminated area for at least 6 weeks (during warm spring/summer months, longer during cool winter/fall months) and all feces be removed. Keeping the animals out of the contaminated area for at least 6 weeks should help control the infestation pattern. It is also important to remove feces from the new latrine area to avoid another infestation.

    Will Demon help any with mice ?

    Demon WP is an insecticide so it would not be helpful in controlling a mice problem. You can look over our Rodent Control Guide though and that will show you the steps and products needed for eliminating mice in different situations.

    Is it possible to remove effects of Demon WP after spraying in kitchen cabinets?
    My husband sprayed in an enclosed cabinet where pots and pans are stored. Now I read that Demon WP should not be used inside cabinets. What should we do before placing pans back in cabinets?

    Demon WP Insecticide can be taken up with hot water and soap. After the area has dried, you can replace the cooking supplies.

    What kind of IGR should I use with Demon WP to treat for carpet beetles?
    I have a carpet beetle infestation and have just started using Demon WP today to help with this issue. Two exterminators have used their products in my home within the past 3 weeks. They claim to have used an IGR but now I'm concerned that I should also use an IGR now that I've taken over handling the exterminating. If so, which kind should I use in conjunction with the Demon WP?

    Demon WP actually is not labeled to treat for carpet beetles indoors, but it will help to combat a variety of other pests listed on the product label. A great IGR for carpet beetles would be Gentrol IGR. You can mix this concentrate with an insecticide and apply them at the same time. A great choice for insecticide to use with Gentrol as a crack and crevice treatment would be Suspend SC, which is a liquid concentrate. Be sure to vacuum thoroughly and often when treating for carpet beetles to help pick up adults, eggs, and debris that they may feed on such as animal dander.
