What are the known sensitive plants to Eco-Exempt? Also, will it be effective for rose aphid?

Eco Exempt IC-2 is labeled for aphids and should do a great job for you. Exceeding maximum usage rates may create potential phytotoxocity on plant surfaces. You can find the usage instructions for aphids on the product label.
