Fertilome Weed Free Zone is safe to be used on common and hybrid varieties of bermuda as long as label instructions are followed and no more than 2 oz per 1000 sq/ft is applied. The product label does state to expect some temporary discoloration on bermuda, especially if stressed from factors such as drought or poor soil conditions. The only thing to do now would be to wait for the color to resume or it likely will be mowed out as it grows. You can water the lawn well and fertilize it with a product containing iron to help it try to recover faster and return to green.
Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone is not a pre-emergent and will not prevent weeds from germinating. It will only kill weeds that are treated when actively growing.

Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone is only labeled to be used in lawns and can harm desirable flowers such as your tulips. If the dollarweed is among desirable ornamental plants, then you will want to hand pull or dig the target weeds, or spot treat it carefully using a non-selective herbicide such as Killzall.
Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone cannot be applied to St. Augustine grass during spring green-up (which is the transition period between dormancy and active growth). As long as the St. Augustine parts of the lawn are not in this stage it would be safe to use this product on the entire lawn.

For cool season turfgrasses, Bonide Poison Ivy and Brush Killer BK-32 Concentrate can be used to treat English Ivy at the rate of 4 fl oz per gallon of water per 1000 sq ft. Due to the waxy coating on the leaf surfaces, direct application to the leaves with a paintbrush may work best. Applications should be made during warmer temps when the ivy is actively growing or if new sprouts or growth occurs.
It will be important to target weeds that are actively growing with a post-emergent such as Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone before aerating. After 2 weeks from the application of Weed Free Zone, you could then reseed and/or aerate the lawn.
If applying a pre emergent, then you would want to aerate prior to pre-emergent applications so you are not disturbing any chemical barrier and the product reaches the soil prior to weed germination.

There is no wait time to apply lime after or before using herbicides like Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone. It would be ideal to give the lawn a few days in between treatments to recover, at least 3-5 days.
Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone is a selective herbicide so it won't harm your lawn when used as directed on the product label. It can be applied to cool season grasses like Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, Tall Fescue, Red or Fine Leaf Fescues, Colonial Bentgrass, and mixtures of cool season species.
Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone can be applied to St. Augustine (excluding Floratam and Bitterblue varieties) when listed weeds (including spurge) are young and actively growing as directed on the product label. Temperatures should be above 50 and less than 90 degrees to avoid injury to your turf (avoid appplications to drought stressed turf). Delay mowing 1 to 2 days before or after the application of this product. It should not be applied to trees and should only be used outside the dripline of any tree whether young or mature.
You do not typically need to wait between using a herbicide like Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone and a fungicide. If there is turf stress, make sure you are applying early in the morning or late in the evening.
