FINAL Soft Bait with Lumitrack, containing Brodifacoum, is a soft bait that rodents find to be very palatable. Each FINAL Soft Bait with Lumitrack has a hole in the center for ease of use when placing the bait onto rods quickly, securely, and consistently. FINAL Soft Bait with Lumitrack was developed with long-term applications in mind.
Brodifacuom is a second-generation anticoagulant that is powerful and works in a single feeding even at the lower toxicity level of 0.0025%. In addition to Brodifacuom, FINAL Soft Bait contains Lumitrack which causes rodent droppings to glow under black light (UV) making it easier to identify droppings.
FINAL Soft Bait with Lumitrack will not mold, melt, or freeze and is suitable for almost any climate.

SELECTION OF TREATMENT AREAS:
Determine areas where rats or mice will most likely find and consume the bait. Generally, these areas are along walls, by gnawed openings, in or beside burrows, in corners and concealed places, between floors and walls, or in locations where rats or mice or their signs have been seen. Protect bait from rain and snow. Remove as much alternative food as possible.

This stuff works great a had some deermice in my house and barn and used only two pieces and in one week they where dead latter on had a few rats find my duck house and I put some in a protecta LP and it keeps well outdoors they hit that stuff and never seen them again

Final Soft Bait with Lumitrack

Seems to be killing the rats after one feeding, which I like. They are also taking it, which is important, because with some poisons the rats don't seem to like and won't eat it. I also like the large sized container I don't like to have to buy refills all the time

This product really works

We have a barn and several outbuildings we were having trouble with mice and rats. Was told about Final Soft Bait by my exterminator. It really works. It has cleared up the problem. Just be sure to put it in traps your pets can't get into

I'm just curious about what the 99% of the other ingredients are.
The other ingredients in the FINAL Soft Bait with Lumitrack are the inert ingredients, which the manufacturer is not required to disclose.
