Yes, Fusilade Herbicide can be used over arctotheca ground cover. You will use 0.4 - 0.6 fl. oz. per 1000 square feet. This will generally mix in at least a gallon of water. Make sure that you use a non ionic surfactant when using the product to coat the weeds you are wanting to control.
