Azoxystrobin is toxic to freshwater and estuarine/marine fish and aquatic invertebrates. Azoxystrobin can be persistent for several months or longer. Do not discharge effluent containing this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Do not discharge effluent containing this product to sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment plant authority. For guidance, contact your State Water Board or regional office of the EPA.For terrestrial uses: Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash-water or rinsate.
Azoxystrobin and a degradate of azoxystrobin are known to leach through soil to ground-water under certain conditions as a result of label use. This chemical may leach into ground water if used in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow.
This product may impact surface water quality due to runoff of rain water. This is especially true for poorly draining soils and soils with shallow ground water. This product is classified as having a high potential for reaching surface water via runoff for several months or more after application. A level, well-maintained vegetative buffer strip between areas to which this product is applied and surface water features such as ponds, streams, and springs will reduce the potential loading of azoxystrobin and a degradate of azoxystrobin from runoff water and sediment. Runoff of this product will be reduced by avoiding applications when rainfall or irrigation is expected to occur within 48 hours.Notify State and/or Federal authorities and Syngenta immediately if you observe any adverse environmental effects due to use of this product.

part of my regular rotation of fungicides. I used to rotate every 2-3 treatments but at the advice of our county extension service I rotate across 3 products, once per product and then move on. That has turned out to be great advice, and this product is very effective on our lawn as well as shrubs

Saved My Landscape
By Slappy on 06/29/2023
We had a pervasive rust mold killing much of our landscape plants that resisted every big box off-the-shelf store treatment available. After nearly losing two dozen Dionella, suffering damage to palms and turf, a family member recommended Heritage SC. It saved our landscape. Hertiage SC is now a regular part of my landscape maintenance.

The rate for Heritage SC Fungicide - 4 oz. per gallon will depend on what type of disease you are trying to treat. Most diseases require 0.4 to 0.8 oz to 1 gallon of water and treat every 14-28 days. Please refer to the product label for your best rate per gallon.

Heritage SC Fungicide could be used in a hose end sprayer as long as it can be calibrated to the amount needed. Since it is not per gallon but per 1000 sq ft, you will first need to determine how much water it takes you to cover 1000 sq ft, and then set accordingly. We recommend using a hand pump sprayer for best results as these sprayers will provide more accurate of coverage with the proper amount of water to thoroughly cover the area.

Heritage SC Fungicide and Acelepryn Insecticide can be tank mixed in the same sprayer provided a small tank mix compatibility test has been done. Please review each product label for tank mixing instructions.
