A dry product like Hi-Yield Garden, Pet, and Livestock Dust will last on outdoor plants only until the area get wet from rainfall or watering. We suggest using residual insecticide sprays for the best control of insects like fleas and ticks in a dog pen area. You can use concetrates such as Onslaught Insecticide mixed with NyGuard IGR for excellent treatment and control of common insects in these areas.
