We had a heavy case of roaches at home! We decided to get orkin to do biweekly treatments to get rid of them. Their treatment killed a lot of them but the 2nd day after I'd see A LOT of roach activity again. I started looking online for other ways to get rid of them and I came across this website. I ordered this bait gel along with the monitors and let me tell you! This stuff really works!! I noticed TONSSSS of roaches coming from under my refrigerator so I applied some behind it along with the monitor and some under. 3 days later I moved the fridge again and SOOOO MANY dead roaches and way more in the traps. Now I can leave my lights off at night and don't wake up to roach parties when the lights come on. Yea I haven't gotten rid of all of them but I no longer see hundreds of them at the same time.

Maxforce FC Magnum is a highly effective product to control and eliminate any German roach issue. I used it when living in NYC and the downstairs neighbor just would have a less than clean apartment and the roaches would creep up the pipes. Used this product and didn't see a roach after application. So good, I bought another tube to send to a friend in Miami that had a similar issue and they report the same result. It's great.

Excellent product. Cockroach problem is resolved completely. I gave half a tube to a friend who was being overrun with Cockroaches. They could not thank me enough. I have since placed IGR devices. I do not see any Cockroaches at all.

Applied this gel in pea sized amounts to all the spots I saw roaches, and they ignore it.

I recently moved into a place that has bugs and lately they’ve been getting bad but as soon as I used this stuff it was a miracle! Never seen a product work this good for bugs!

Using this gel in conjunction with Boric Acid correctly, effectively eliminates roaches for 6-9 months, and keeps the population low afterwards. I definitely recommend this to anyone who lives in old apartments with roach issues.

I'm even embarrassed to talk about my issue because it was HORRIBLE. And I was on wits end because I have a pet and was afraid to call an exterminator or use any harsh smelling products. A simple clean up and application of this product nipped it in the bud. I apply it every night before I go to bed just in case....a small amount. Am very happy with it!

The videos made it look like Spanish fly for roaches but mine have barely even touched it. I also used the Dupont gel and they seem to love that; they are always eating it. The bugs are definitely dropping dead but I'm not sure if the Maxforce is helping them along or if it is all the Dupont. I put down multiple gels to help with resistance, I just don't see them dining on this one.

... I think the roaches die like Elephants.... they begin to dissappear.... until the time that I dont see 1 roach. And let me tell you... we was with LOT of that little roaches in the kitchen, right now we dont have 1. Take few days for ALL of them to contaminate one by one. This product is top of the top, believe me. And if YOU dont believe me , believe to Maxforce FC Magnum..... thanks for reading.

Used this about a week and a half ago! Was amazed at first because seen no roaches at all immediately! Now I have seen a very few so I'm sure they will be gone also! Was very easy to use and would recommend this product to everyone!

My home was extremely bad infested with roaches. I called my local extermination specialist and he suggested this. The key is to place about a 1" bead of the gel on about a 3" piece of very thin non-pourous cardboard and spread about 10-15 of the pieces throughout the house, especially in infested areas. They ate it like candy. In about 1 month problem solved! Extremely happy with the results. The absoulte best!

At first I was a little leary if it works or not. I bought this product for a heavy infestation of a 2 bdrm house. The product worked wonders. Went from seeing roaches everywhere day or not to almost none after a 2 week period. Literally it only took a small amount to work. Can't wait to see progress after another week or so. Still seeing them die everday! Finally getting my home back. Thanks so much!

I find this product to be as helpful as the ones that they proffessional people use when they come to spray on a monthly or quarterly basis. It is clean and easy to use and last longer than any other that I have used in the past. It is easy to apply leaves no odor.

Maxforce Magnum is definitely the big gun in our one time service guarantee and treatment for roaches. We always buy 2 cases to get the price break. The transfer effect works just like setting up dominoes and knocking the one down and they all start to fall.

It's only been 3 weeks since I applied the product to the 4 corners of my property along with a few areas on the foundation, and so far there have been no sightings of roaches in the house. Seems to be working beautifully!

The shipping was very fast. The product worked well. It took a few days to notice the results, but after a week there was an extremem reduction in the number of roaches that we were seeing. After a month we still see roaches, but not nearly as many as before.

Excellent results, recommend watching the proper use of product video. Noticed dead bugs next day. I will continue to use as directed for future control. If you want pro results for min costs this is for you to use!!

We had a small roach problem where we'd see the occasional roach walking across our living room floor, or i'd be sitting on my couch and one would crawl up the armrest wanting to join my TV watching. I wanted this to stop. I bought a tube of this stuff and applied it as the video and label stated. I can honestly say we haven't seen a single roach since.

It works too good. I'm not seeing anymore roaches but I'm not sure the cascade objective is being met. They may be dying too quick before infecting the young...

I have tried many other products to kill the ranches, but this is the only one that really works. The only thing bothering me is that I need find the bodies and clean them.
