Didnt have the best luck with fleas

The insecticide didn't seem to have any kind of knock down power. after changing the insecticide and spraying the archer IGR and the Precor IGR I have finally noticed a reduction.

The fleas actuality got worse after using this product

We are sorry to hear if the kit id not work as expected. We are happy to troubleshoot any issues with you. We see that you have only had the product about 3 weeks and fleas/ticks can take a few treatments to completely eliminate. Fleas will become more active after application as they are irritated and know that something has been applied. They will die though as long as they contact a treated area or are contacting during application. Can you please tell us what rate you applied the products at? When was the last treatment? How many treatments have you done? Where have you applied the products outside exactly? We look forward to hearing from you and working with you on resolving this issue.
