Permethrin SFR 36.8% is labeled to eliminate stink bugs on pistachio trees. Another option would be to use our Overwintering Kit. It comes with everything you will need to do a complete treatment for stink bugs and other pests.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% should not be applied to pomegranate trees. You can use Monterey Fruit Tree and Vegetable Systemic instead. According to the label for the Fruit Tree and Vegetable Systemic, when treating for leafy bugs on pomegranate trees, you cannot make more than one application per year and do not apply until the trees have flowered or when bees are actively foraging. The mixing ratio is 1.5 fl. oz. per gallon of water. You need to stay within 3 feet of the dripline when pouring around the base of the tree. This needs to be poured evenly around the tree.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% would be good to use for ticks and other insects in the yard as well as on healthy trees to help protect from beetle infestations. We have a great video that shows where to spray for perimeter and interior spraying. Please click here to see the video as well as our Tick Prevention guide here.
As for termites, the best thing is to protect your home. We have a step by step guide that will walk you through how to do your own termite trenching treatment to help do this. You can see the guide by clicking on the link here.
You will need to use 1 2/3 fl. oz of Permethrin SFR for each gallon of water for indoor or outdoor spraying (0.5% emulsion). Be sure to follow all label instructions for where it can be sprayed indoors.
