Prime Source Triclopyr 4E Select is an emulsifiable, oil-soluble liquid herbicide that targets woody plants and annual and perennial broadleaf weeds. It can be applied as a basal bark or as a foliar spray. When used as a foliar spray, it only affects woody plants that are fully leafed at the time of application and herbaceous plants that have emerged from the ground. Small amounts of this product can injure non-target crops and plants, so follow the label directions carefully. Recommended for application to areas such as ornamental turf, rangeland, rights of way, grass pastures, non-crop areas, and industrial sites.

Harmful if swallowed. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
This pesticide is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate. This chemical has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in groundwater. The use of this chemical in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in groundwater contamination.
