Pro-Balance 15-2-15 with 50% SRN is a liquid fertilizer that provides a true clear solution for turf and horticultural applications. It contains a balanced amount of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium with 50% slow-release nitrogen, plus essential micronutrients to help your plants grow healthy and strong. Potassium is known to help increase disease resistance while improving winter hardiness for turfgrasses. Pro-Balance can be applied through foliar and root-feeding to provide dual efficacy and it guarantees not to leach or volatilize. It does not contain chlorides which usually causes salt buildup. It is very easy to use as it does not require special agitation or mixing. It is recommended for turf, greens, ornamentals, trees, crops, and hydroponics.

15-2-15 Pro-Balance is compatible with most other turf insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides. 15-2-15 can be used in place of granular and soluble materials, providing a steady, even supply of nutrients. Apply at a rate of no less than 2 gallons of tank-mix per 1,000 sq. ft.
Tank Mixing:
High-quality buffers allow 15-2-15 to be blended with acidic or alkaline materials without detrimental effects. 15-2-15 must first be diluted with water prior to mixing with other nutrients or pesticides. The following mixing procedure should be used after 15-2-15 has been diluted with water. Add products to mix in this order: 1. wettable powders, 2. flowables, 3. water solubles, 4. surfactants, 5. emulsifiable concentrates. Be sure to agitate during each addition. Be sure each product is mixed well before adding the next. Apply all of the mixture the same day.

Pro-Balance 15 - 2 - 15 with 50% SRN product label states to use no less than 2 gallon of tank mix per 1000 sqft.

Generally it's not recommended to use a fertilizer like Pro-Balance 15 - 2 - 15 with 50% SRN as a winter fertilizer. The slow release nitrogen is best to use in the summer, but it also depends on the type of grass you have and if results from a soil test indicate that a fertilizer like Pro-Balance 15-2-15 with 50% SRN is needed.
