Application rates vary based on where and what you are treating, but below are some recommended mixing rates based on common uses for ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide spray:

How Do I Apply a Preventative Perimeter Treatment to the Outside of My Home?
ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide Concentrate is an excellent choice for preventative barrier treatments around the perimeter of homes and buildings. It can provide residual control for a variety of common structural pests including ants, crickets, cockroaches, scorpions, spiders, and more.
For perimeter pest control treatments, start by mixing 0.33 fl oz to 1.0 fl oz per gallon of water to treat 1,000 square feet. Use the higher rate (1.0 fl oz per gallon of water) for a quicker pest knockdown and longer residual control.
Spray the ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide mixture to the foundation of the building, spraying up 2 to 3 feet and spraying out from the foundation into the surrounding soil and vegetation 6 to 10 feet.
Apply the spray to the outside surfaces of buildings including window frames, door frames, where pipes, wires, and cables enter the home, around vents and soffits, and along areas where pests have been spotted.
Do not spray any vertical surfaces that are above non-porous horizonal surfaces (for example concrete driveways or sidewalks) that are not protected from rainfall or from sprinklers.
How Do I Control Mosquitoes with ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide?
For residual mosquito control, apply ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide Concentrate at a rate of 1.0 fl oz per gallon of water.
Apply one gallon of finished solution per 1,000 sq feet as a general spray to outside surfaces of buildings including siding, foundations, porches, window frames, eaves, patios, garages, refuse, lawns in grass areas around the home, along fence lines, trunks of woody ornamentals, trees, shrubs, ground covers, bedding plants, foliage plants, flowers, and other areas where mosquitoes are found. The 1.0 fl oz rate will provide a quicker knockdown and longer residual control.
Retreatment may be necessary to maintain control during heavy mosquito pressure periods, or if you see signs of renewed mosquito activity. At the high rate (1.0 fl oz) reapply every four weeks. At the low use rate (0.33 fl oz) repeat applications can be made every seven days. Apply with hand-held or backpack sprayers or mist blowers.
Its best to apply during the early morning or late evening and night hours, when its cooler and mosquitoes are more active for best results.
This will control mosquitoes that may transmit malaria and arboviruses like West Nile fever, dengue fever, Eastern equine encephalitis, and St. Louis encephalitis.
See our guide on how to get rid of mosquitoes for more information on treating for and preventing mosquitoes around your home.

ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide & Bifen IT are the same active ingredient & percentage, just made by different companies. They are essentially the same product comparable to the brand version Talstar P.

It should be cheaper
ProCare Bifen 7.9 Insecticide & Bifen IT are both 7.9% bifenthrin products. There really isn't an advantage on one over the other, aside that Bifen comes in more variety of sizes. Unfortunately we cannot speak on how manufacturers come up with their prices

I have found that spraying Termador (termite treatment) was the only real way to get rid of fleas inside my workshop, where I had rescued some stray cats. Nothing else (much $ money) worked
Termidor SC is not intended for use for flea treatment at all and is not recommended for them. We would recommend Onslaught Insecticide and Archer IGR combo for flea control for both inside and outside areas.
