DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Shake Well Before Use. Cover exposed foods, dishes and food handling equipment. Open cabinets and doors to area to be treated. Shut off fans and air conditioners. Put out all flames and pilot lights. Close doors and windows. Point valve opening away from face and eyes when releasing. DO NOT use more than one fogger per room. DO NOT use in small enclosed spaces such as closets, cabinets or under counters or tables. Do not use in a room 5 ft. x 5 ft. or smaller; instead, allow fog to enter from other rooms. Turn off ALL ignition sources such as pilot lights (shut off gas valves), other open flames or running electrical appliances that cycle off and on (i.e. refrigerators, thermostats, etc.). Call your gas utility or management company if you need assistance with your pilot lights. Use one 5 oz. unit for 5,000 cubic feet of unobstructed space. Do not remain in the area during treatment, and ventilate thoroughly before reentry.

TO OPERATE VALVE:

To lock valve in open position for automatic discharge, press valve button all the way down, hooking the catch. Then place fogger on stand or table in the center of the room with valve locked open, placing several layers of newspaper or pad under fogger. Leave building at once and keep building closed for two hours before airing out. Open all doors and windows and allow to air for one-half hour. Repeat spraying in two weeks or when necessary.

To Kill Ticks and Fleas:

Destroy pets old bedding and replace. Use this product as above. Pets should be treated with a registered tick and flea control product prior to reentry. Repeat as necessary to bring infestation under control.

Do not apply while food processing is underway. Cover or remove all food processing surfaces. Thoroughly wash all food processing surfaces before reuse. After spraying in bakeries, meat packing plants, food processing plants, etc., all benches, shelving, equipment, etc. where exposed food will be handled must be washed with an effective cleaning compound followed by a potable water rinse prior to use.

When We Need Pest Control - We Need It Now - Not in 2 Weeks

    By Tony on 11/06/2016

We run a motel. When there is a pest problem that we don't have something to deal with on the shelf, we can't wait around - because every day the room is out-of-service, is money lost. We've ordered three time from DMOPC and each time our order was shipped the very next day, and we received it in 2 days via USPS. Their web site is a wealth of knowledge that has guided us to the correct product for our pest problems. On top of that, we were able to let the inefficient pest control company go and do our own pest control - saving us a TON of money, and much better results. Great company, fantastic service, good prices! Can't beat that combo.

    wrong stuff?

    By Mark on 10/27/2016

bought this thinking I could battle cluster flies that I thought were in the attic. used both cans and still had flies. maybe I bought the wrong stuff(?)

    Expert ResponseExpert response:
The FMC fogger you have is great for knocking down insects present in the area at the time you use it. Cluster flies can be quite a frustrating over-wintering pest, so it's not uncommon to need multiple products to combat them. We would recommending using barrier treatments outdoors to help prevent these insects from getting inside. We have both a residual spray and dust together in our Overwintering Kit, which would do a great job treating cluster flies and other similar insects: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/overwintering-kit-for-stink-bugs-lady-bugs-boxelder-bugs-p-1876.html We appreciate your business and your comments!

    Didn't Work on Pantry Beetles

    By Wanda on 11/21/2016

I purchased 2 of the FMC Residual Fogger for a problem I was having with pantry beetles. The fogger left a oily residue on my floor that made it very slippery and I'm still trying to clean it for safety reasons. Unfortunately, the bugs are still here. The problem started with a bag of bird food that my husband left in our house over the summer. We are snowbirds so the beetles were having a ball while we were away. What a problem. We hired a professional exterminator, then tried this product. Bottom line ... don't leave a bag of bird food in your house.

Q
Does FMC Residual Fogger product stain wood or unpainted sheet rock?

If I use this in a finished area of the house through a recessed lighting hole, will this product stain or seep through the plywood into the carpet above the joist or stain the unpainted sheetrock ceiling on the bottom of the joists?

A

The FMC Residual Fogger provides a mist with a mild odor that dries clear in the treated area. Be sure the area where you are using the fogger is at least 5 x 5 x 5 feet, and follow all precautions on the product label.

Q
Will FMC Residual Fogger kill Flea Eggs?

Not a whole lot of comments on this product yet. So I'm concerned that multiple applications would be necessary in a motel setting. Have a room that had a dog in it and its FULL of fleas. Also, will this product get rid of fleas/eggs on bed comforters too? Last product for other bugs (roaches) we bought from you was wonderful! Killed them all!

A

FMC Residual Fogger will not kill flea eggs and will only kill the fleas that are out in the open at the time you use it.  It can take multiple applications to completely elminate fleas, but this is not the best product with which to do so.  Nyguard Plus would be a better option as it also contains an IGR to help prevent the young from maturing into reproducing adults. It also has the benefit of being an odor neutralizer as well.  Infested bedding should be washed and dried, and this will kill anything on it; neither product can be used on bedding.  We also have a great guide here that explains the treatment needed.

Q
Will FMC Residual Fogger kill russet mites?
A

FMC Residual Fogger  is not labeled for mites. We would recommend Evergreeen Pyrethrum Conncentrate or Abamectin 0.15 EC Insecticide Miticide for control of russet mites.

Q
Can house plants be left in the house when the FMC Residual Fogger is used, or should they be removed outside?

I have a bird of paradise plant with huge leaves. The fog residue would cling to the leaves. Will this harm my plants? I have quite a few.

A

Since the FMC Residual Fogger is not labeled for use in greenhouses or on plants, specifically, we would recommend removing the bird of paradise or other houseplants from the treatment area to avoid any potential damage to the plants. You can return plants to the area after the fog has settled and the area has been ventilated according to the product label instructions.
